One Hungry Possum
For a fast food chain that has pot roast on the menu, I’m sold. The flavor was great but the texture was a little off- it was in chunks that shredded but in all kinds of wacky directions so it has me thinking the shredded meat is formed in chunks. But as far as fast food, it was satisfying and I’d eat here again. My dad got the chicken fried steak and enjoyed it, it didn’t look appetizing to me bc it was definitely shaped and frozen before but I didn’t taste it. I loved the carrots in the roast and the Mac n cheese was good too, kinda like that cafeteria taste. If you like fast food chains and comfort food you’ll probably dig this place. The staff was really friendly as well.

Really sad about the quality of their breakfast lately. Grandy’s has always been a big hit for our family, and we used to be able to share breakfast platters, now the portions are so small. This morning the size of my pancakes were almost as small as my key fob, they were the size of the silver dollar pancakes that come in kids meals. Three stars because the workers are sooo nice, but my goodness what is up with the huge downgrade in quality?

I don’t really care for grandys food but my wife loves it. Today she wanted to get food there. Honestly I thought the restaurant was closed and abandoned. The grass and weeds and trash on the outside looked as though it had not been mowed in months. Lousy curb appeal and that usually speaks to the conditions inside in my opinion.

Yeah this is the last time I will be ordering Grandy’s it seems like when you get there food delivered it’s like they don’t care. I ordered 3 chicken dinner and when I tell you the skin was hard and falling off the chicken the chicken it self was dry. My sides were mashed potato/brown gravy and baked beans. This was the last time I will be wasting my money on this place.
