Granelli’s recently started serving brunch, and breakfast pizza might be my new favorite food. If you haven’t been here for brunch, it’s a MUST! We had the breakfast pizza with chorizo and cream cheese, a biscuit and gravy pizza, and a breakfast pancake with blueberries. We weren’t disappointed with any of our choices, and even ordered a second breakfast pizza.

Truly was the best breakfast I have ever had !!!!! And breakfast is my favorite meal so that’s a big deal that it’s the best. I got a calzone and bottomless mimosas, my glass of mimosas was never empty they always were filling it and were on top of everything!!!! Love it here.

Breakfast at Granelli’s! Now our favorite pizza place does a great breakfast, too. I had a smothered omelette that was very cheesy (trust a pizza place to do cheese right), and their green chile walks the perfect line between heat and flavor. Love the potatoes, too. My wife had the breakfast bowl that she really liked. Next time, we are going to try the biscuit and gravy pizza, that should be fun. Turns out this is going to be out next Sunday morning favorite. Wasn’t terribly crowded yet, either.

We walked in had to clear our own table, asked bus person to wipe tile and he gave us nasty look, then asked sarcastically if it looked OK. Sat for 15 minutes before someone came to get our drink order. Then server took our order we ordered the Kitchen Sink no olives and then he came back out 25 minutes to verify our order and the pizza was not what we ordered. Another couple walked out because their order was incorrect. Refills of drinks were slow and they were cleaning and closing the dining area while still open. Not very happy with our experience tonight.

very bland food. spaghetti sauce was very watered down ( where you can clearly see it separating from the “tomato” sauce ), the sub sandwich was about 5 inches and the buttered noodles were dry and didn’t have any seasoning on them other than 1/2 the amount of butter they needed. service didn’t make up for the poor quality food. server definitely didn’t want to be there on a Saturday and we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant that were occupied.

When biting into the pepperoni pizza, I found myself letting out a audible “mmmmm” because of how amazing the crust is! This is possibly my favorite place to get pizza. We arrived around 1:30 and there was only another couple there finishing up, which made it odd because it did take a bit to receive it, however, the kids kept busy and the pizza was hot! (I also saw someone take away 6-8 large pizzas togo so that probably contributed to the wait time). Also, when I asked the server if this pizza would be enough they just said “I don’t know” and honestly, if they worked there long enough, they would know based on what other kids that age have eaten and if it was enough to share. I would have given a 5 stars if the customer service was handled better. I’d go back because the Chicago style pizza and crust is by far my favorite!

Came here with the fam on a Wednesday night for what I had heard was some good pizza. However, an hour and 15 minutes later, still no pizza and the place wasn’t even half full. Hate to see the wait during a rush. We ended up leaving before the food ever came out. Decor is interesting, but slightly condescending. Servers seemed to not know what they were doing. Will not return. Feel sorry for what I assume was the owner because he seemed nice, just needs some better help.

Our networking group did an event there last week. It was a good venue and the service was great! Good appetizers, pizza and cannoli 🙂 They also had a full bar, which was excellent. Got to talk to one of the owners and she was a delight. Can’t wait to go back!

Good food, good service. From Buffalo, so my wing tastes can be discerning and these are really good. Pizza is thin crust and good…doesn’t taste like homemade dough, but still good. Good subs too, they could stand to put a little more meat on them, but the really good bread makes up for it. This will be my go-to for pizza and wings in Castle Rock.
