Ate here for a late lunch, and was perfect for the time of day. Ordered the meatloaf stacker and it was fantastic. Large piece of meatloaf laid upon a slice of bread and green beans, topped with a generous scoop of mashed potatoes. The food was piping hot and fresh. Got the corn dip for starters, was a different spin on corn, well done . Daryl our server was knowledgeable and got our food to is in a timely manner with accuracy. In addition, he was friendly and engaged us in conversation concerning the park. Will return.

I had an excellent experience! Even though it was wintertime, the food arrived warm and fresh–perfect for heating up the body and soul amidst the frigid air. Everyone in my party ate here at different times throughout our visit, and we each praised the quality of flavor and portion size.

I went here with one of my kids on our trip to Dollywood. The service was great and the food was good too. Also, great prices for a theme park. Was nice to have a restaurant you can actually sit and receive table service at while at a theme park.

The food was good and great price! The staff and service was awesome. The atmosphere was family oriented. I would eat there again. We plan to tell friends about this great restaurant. No waiting for a table was a plus.

We visited on 2 April at 6:45pm. We were initially seated at two tables (6 of us) because they didn’t want to use a larger one. The signature chicken pot pie dish came as a glop of soup without crust or bread. They said they were short of ingredients, just as they had no coffee to serve. No corn bread, either. Mind you, they did not offer some other dish or a price discount. Service was mediocre at best; she did everything but tap her feet and point to the door to indicate we weren’t welcome. No drink refills, of course. I would recommend that anyone else scrounge the trash cans for food before coming here. I expected much better from Dollywood, as this put a blight on an otherwise pleasant day.

First of all our dishes smelled dirty. We were also uncomfortably crammed at table meant for a party half our size. This used to be our favorite place to eat at dollywood. Do not think that the will give you unlimited cornbread because they certainly will not. They also do not serve cobbler anymore. The waitress was extremely mean and the food cost 45 dollars for 2 people. The portion sizes have changed as well. We left there hungry. It was pitiful.

Have been a season pass holder to Dollywood for at least 5 years now but have never tried Granny Ogle’s until this year (2023). Enjoyed it! Food was good considering its park food. Just be aware you are paying slightly higher because it’s on park grounds. Still a good option!

This facility is on the Dollywood Theme Park Grounds. We sat on the covered porch and had our dinner. Best part, across the alley there is a country music review so you can enjoy singing and dancing for free.
