Always great food and great service. We love coming here to this independently owned establishment and helping to support our local businesses. It is well worth it here.

My husband picked up a to go order and when he was paying the woman who checked him out threw his card on the counter instead of handing it to him, tried to throw the receipt as refused to look at him and even scoffed at one point. Most atrocious service I’ve ever had food is good but due to the lack of customer service and just common decency I will never recommend this restaurant again nor will I ever come here again. Shame. I’ve lived in this area 5 years and used to be a waitress locally I’ve never treated or seen someone treated like this. Shame on this restaurant.

Depending on what you ordered, the quantity of the meals were ok. The place seemed clean. The waitresses were very nice and patient with a group of about 14 people. She took great patience in taking our orders. Their liver and onions flavorwise was good but it felt a little tough like a beef liver compared to calf’s liver which is very tender.

Great comfortable environment. Had the Fish Sandwich with Mac & Cheese, fish was great, mac and cheese was decent. Over all good stop and reasonable pricing.

This is a quaint country restaurant with very polite waitstaff. The decor reminds me of a PA Dutch country store one might find in Lancaster, PA. The prices seem a bit on the high end for the amount of food you get. For example, a quarter pound Cowboy Burger costs $8.50, but a half-pound burger in the Pittsburgh area costs about between $9-11. That’s double the burger for no less than $2 more. My Cowboy Burger was nicely plated, but I asked for medium cooking and got well-done. My buddy got gulash (see pics below), and said it was good but not great. There aren’t really any restaurants in the area, so it’s decent if in a crunch. I’d return in a pinch but wouldn’t go out of my way to revisit.

The food was awful! My salad had brown lettuce all through it with old cucumber! The food was so overcooked I don’t understand why they served it! I will never be back!

Battered codfish was delicious. Potato fries could have been cut thicker. Cole slaw was sweet and tasty. Onion chips w/ ranch dip was great. Blueberry cheese cake was smooth and firm.
