Not only is the food delicious, but the service is truly unmatched! My coworkers tried calling a couple times to place an order for my birthday lunch but no one answered. No biggie. After ordering from a different local spot, the wonderful Abe from Grape Leaf called back and explained he had an appointment and was so sorry to have missed our call. The next thing I know Abe is in my office with a fresh and delicious margherita pizza, apologizing again for missing our calls and getting my coworkers to help him sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to me in English, Italian and Arabic. Seriously the best way to exit my 20’s. Thank you for your infectious kindness and my dinner tonight, Abe!

We ate here earlier this week on our anniversary trip. The food was fantastic, the couple that run it are super cute, fun, entertaining. The highlight was the baklava. We usually don’t get desert, but decided to on a whim. It was absolutely magical. Ended up getting another one. So delicious. Hopefully if we can get an extended family trip in Morro bay planned, I’d love to have them bake a full pan of it for us. So amazing! Highly retesting here.

My friend and I were walking back to the car discussing where we should eat and (presumably the) owner stopped us on the sidewalk and suggested we eat there, in the most charismatic way possible. The food was delicious and the baclava was AMAZING. 10/10

If you’re in the mood for Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern food than this place is for you! What a great Palestinian owner/cook who welcomes you with such a warm welcome, I got the chicken shawarma plate and it was GOOD I was blown away! Don’t forget to get some baklava which I found to be the best I have ever ate. Highly recommend this place.

The owner is incredibly friendly and kind. He welcomed us inside to eat with his family because it was cold and we had a baby with us. The pizza was delicious and the baklava was the best we’ve ever had. Go check it out!

Went here after reading high reviews but sorry guys , this place is just over hyped. The owner is very arrogant and has this notion that by running this place , he is doing some favor to the community Infact he is quite rude and aggressive.

Best pizza I’ve ever had and the best customer service I’ve experienced as well! AMAZING quality food, relatively fast considering it was only Abe working and he was incredibly kind, a very welcoming experience. Will be returning in the furture, I have no complaints! Pizza was cooked to perfection, no greasiness or overly processed tasted; vegetarian and vegan options were awesome, LOVED the veggie sandwich and LOVED this place even more!

This is an excellent restaurant to get some falafel or gyros. I also tried the lentil soup which tasted just right and ended the meal with a piece of homemade delicious Baklava . This joint is run by the owners who happen to be very friendly and outgoing and also CHARITABLE- they will give a FREE sandwich to anyone who is hungry and has no money. They actually have a sign on window saying so. Service can be a little slow around lunch time but the overall positive experience more than makes up for the wait time.
