At first glance, the Grapevine Bistro appears closed. Its a small venue where you order and food is delivered to the brewery across the street. Owner was super friendly and kind. Vegetarian options available such as Impossible burger. The food was delicious! I ordered the Blue bird with Hatch green chile potatoes. The bacon on the sandwich and potatoes with melted cheese were perfection.

GREAT food. You call in your order in sitting at the T or C Brewing Co. (they have menus) and your food gets delivered to your table. Food takes a while to prepare, we waited 40 minutes for our order. Looks like there’s very minimal staffing. However, the food was phenomenal. Very fresh, tasty, and good portion sizes. Highly recommend the sandwich with prickly pear jelly.

Just moved to Cuchillo, NM and came to T or C to try the brewing company. Ordered from the Grapevine Bistro and must say this food is so great. They delivered it to the brewery and it was hot and so delicious. If your in T or C stop in at the Truth or Consequences Brewing company and get some food delivered from the Grapevine Bistro. It’s a great match up to go with your drinks. Friendly service, great prices and great food. You won’t be disappointed.

Come try this place out. The green chili cheese burger is superb. The tortilla chips comes with salsa which is freshly made, with great flavor. The “home fries” have a nice blackened flavor to them and cooked perfectly. Next time we’re in the area we will eat here. Next time we were recommend to also try the “jam” burger.

What an amazing place, we took a seat outside and it was worth the wait! We ordered a BLAT ( Bacon, lettuce Avocado, Tomato) on a croissant) with chips and Club with potatoes. Probably the best bacon I’ve ever had. Cool artsy vibe and lots of room to social distance…stop in, so good!

We ordered via phone at the T or C Brewery. We had Don Mario burgers. The burger was excellent and the side house salad with home made ranch was top notch, fresh, and came with sprouts which I have rarely seen on a restaurant salad. Service was fast and friendly.

Enjoyed the place and Mario’s (owner) joke. We had Club sandwich; eggs Benedict with a salad; and a bean cake salad (see photos). I did not like the fries. I asked for them to be twice fried but they serve fried potato chunks. Thus, they weren’t crunchy.

I tried the T or C Club with Jalapeno bread and house fries. It was a good sandwich. The fries weren’t French fries but actually cut up potatoes and seasoned. I would order this menu item again. My friend ordered the Huevos Rancheros over easy. She did not like it. Also did not like that they took a long time to refill drinks and hardly put any ice. Willing to try this place again.
