We went for the Saturday buffet. They were supposed to have brisket and ribs. We got there 2 hours before they closed and they were out of both. The mashed potatoes were like a rock, desserts were horrible. Small children were running around the buffet. Our server was wonderful though. We will not return.

Great facility in a great location, but the food was terrible. I think I’d have to try extra hard to create food this bad. Sorry Grayson Landing Resort, I wanted to love it, but just keeping it real. Please up your food quality so this unique experience can survive!

The food was very well prepared. Even though I have celiac there was plenty to choose from. The array of desserts could take your breath away. Just cut off the crust on some for my gluten issue. The view from the seating area was picturesque. The playful squirrels could entertain you for hours! Have some pie and and see some wildlife at a price that is like going to our local diner.

We stopped in for lunch and had pretty good meal. Service was great and very friendly. It was a nice view while we ate also. If your looking for something little different try it out hard to get food with a cool view also.

I had a much more pleasant experience with the man who opened the doors for my husband and I at the entrance, compared to the food and service we received from this restaurant. I guess one sure way of telling people to hurry up and get out without actually saying it, would be to give the check to us as soon as you can. We actually received our check before we ever even received our food to our table. Not even as much as one refill was even offered to our drinks . Needless to say, my critters will be happy to receive a little extra treat to them because it was by far no treat to us.

Flies all over desserts. Menu online doesn’t match what is offered. They said they were in process of changing menu but the owners didn’t want to update the online information. If you want a buffet, it was eh. Over salted beef pot pie, grilled chicken, or fried shrimp. Reminded me of a Lubys with poor options and flies. Would not go back.
