Can’t keep their volume consistent and honestly obnoxious to have as neighbors. Some nights are fine and they aren’t very loud, and maybe it has to do with whoever the bartender is operating that night or whatever, but most of the time they leave the back door open and the subwoofer bass echoes out into the alley and surrounding buildings. You’d think with apartments nearby they’d be a bit more considerate.

Stopped on our way home from Silver Falls. Friendly service and fun themed drinks. It was also cute and clean. I don’t remember my bartender’s name, but she was blonde with glasses, and ROCKED a karaoke cover of “Landslide.” Will absolutely stop again if I’m in the area. Thank you!!

We ate at the Velvet Curtain side on Saturday night for appetizers. The gnocchi was fantastic in vodka sauce. Will go back for that alone. The bread sticks were tasty and the dipping sauces were very good. Get both. They cut parm right off the wheel and I even liked the green olives (I don’t ever eat olives). The wait staff was wonderful and friendly. The cook came out to see how the meal was. I am not giving 5 stars because we did not have dinner. Will update when we have! Go give it a try.

Food was EXCELLENT. Had the BBQ Chicken Salad, Chicken Skewers and a cheeseburger. Love the steak fries! Girlfriend loved her drink. Not busy at all during the lunch hour on a Tuesday! Definitely worth going back

Best tiki bar experience!! Also check out the Irish Bar next door!!! Maybe not 100% tiki authentic, (if that’s even a thing) but so friendly and unpretentious, and ridiculously good drinks. The owners care about your time and go above and beyond to make it great

Very fun place to hang out. Has a pool table on the other section from the main bar side. It’s a touch quieter. Last time I was there, they cut back the menu to just fried foods. But is still really good variety of the fried items.
