The beer and atmosphere was decent but the disappointing experience with their food service via Grazers ensured that we will avoid this place in the future. If you do try this place out, be sure to let them know when placing your order that you want to eat that same day. We arrived with 2 other parties with a total of 11 of us. We all ordered our food at the same time and enjoyed our beverages while we waited. The others in our group received their food just under an hour after placing their order and I was reasonably confident that ours would be ready shortly after. Another 20 minutes or so go by before I check on our order. The staff said it would be another 15 minutes! Others in line mentioned that they were having a similar experience. I’m not sure we would have gotten our food at all had I not gone and checked. At that point we decided to get our order to go and stop spending our money on beverages. Even if our order came out on time it wouldn’t have been worth it: soggy fries, a fried chicken sandwich as tough as a brick while 2 other sandwiches on our order didn’t have the toppings as advertised. I didn’t even express my disappointment because I know that every small business can have an off night but a simple apology would have gone a long way. As a small business owner, I don’t take writing a negative review lightly but this awful experience earned one. There are plenty of wonderful dining experiences to be had in this beautiful town. This is not one of them!

We have eaten at this establishment in person before but my Husband and I often get delivery through the door dash app. They are very quick to make the food and the food is always delish. We get their cauliflower wings every time cause they are so good! Their shakes and burgers are also quite good.

We were very disappointed with our meal . The food came out way overcooked French fries were double cooked and very cold. The best part of the meal was the fresh cold water from the pub next to it.

I see a lot of people’s comments on here and some of them are ridiculous. I have been here many times. Grazers is a quick bite it is not a restaurant where you get seated and waitress’s go to you and serve you. The amount of People complaining they have to get up and grab their food is unbelievable. You may think those people are not busy but you’re wrong. They take online orders, door dash, and people that walk in although you may not see a lot of people there cooking and preparing a lot of orders people ordered online. Grazers is no different than if you went to Al’s French fries, or kfc, Wendy’s ect. Also just like everywhere else they’re short staffed and they work hard behind the scenes believe it or not. If people are looking for a restaurant for someone to wait on you and serve you then do not go to grazers again it’s a place for a quick bite. Also the staff isn’t going to remember everyone’s order and who got what, that is why they get your name and take your number. Your name prints out with the order and then they get your number with your name and then when it’s done they put your food out with your receipt with your name on the receipt for you to grab your food. It helps for the customers to know which one is there food as well as helps them keep track of the orders, Also if someone orders after you and got there food before you then the chances are there food was much quicker and it finished before yours did. Again this is not a place that is going to serve and wait on you so if you don’t like that I suggest do not go to grazers. Also be kind they do have some working there who are younger if there is an issue or if a employee is rude, or not acting proper than ask to speak with the manager so they can take care of the issue.

A uniquely synergistic dining experience that works out well. Ordered from Grazers, grabbed a beer from 14th Star, then ate in the common area. It’s a great place to catch up with old friends.

One hour and 15 minute wait with no recognition or reconciliation. Food was cold when it arrived. Truly disappointing. Do not recommend.

I usually will only write a review if it is great (5) or terrible (1) and tend not to post middle of the road reviews, especially in the case of restaurants were some of the ratings could be subjective based on one’s preferences in preparation and seasoning. In this case, I feel compelled to give the eating establishment a 1. We were looking for a place to grab brunch for Mother’s Day and called a few days before to confirm they would be open and to check on reservations. The person who answered was polite, explained they don’t take reservations and that they would have both their regular menu and a special brunch menu for Mother’s Day. It went downhill once we arrived. First up a milk shake was ordered for a couple in the party that didn’t want to drink beer or were too young. The person behind the counter acts like the establishment has all kind of rules and you the customer should know them and acts like they are reasonable. He explains that NO CHANGE is give when you pay cash. Surprising since almost no business has problems getting change at this point, but the owner must like paying for credit/debit card charges instead. When we went to order, we were told no, the only menu available was the special brunch menu and that the normal burger/sandwich menu wasn’t available until 2pm. No apology, no compassion, just a statement of fact. He then acted frustrated when the person in our party ordering had to return to the table to get new orders from the couple people who had ordered from the regular menu. The establishment has some strange processes. Take the milk shake, though we were sitting less than 25 feet or two table away from the counter, he said he needed a cell phone number because they would text you when your shake was ready to pick up at the counter. Oops, he was able to walk over to let us know they were out of ice cream and couldn’t make the shakes. The next trip was to let us know they couldn’t make two of the other brunch items that were ordered because they were out of pancake mix. When the order arrived, the food was best described as room temperature for the breakfast potatoes by everyone in the group. Other issues included messed up orders, toast missing from some orders, poached eggs that were so over cooked that they egg yolk looked like a yellow golf ball. Out of the eight people in our party no one was happy. Once we were done, they expect you to bring your plates back up to the counter. Never once did the one person who took the orders, ask how the meal was, thank you act like he cared you came in. What he did do was stare at you leaning over the waste basket like he was checking to make sure no one tossed out a plate or glass. Perhaps it was the counter person, but what sounds like good meals came out cold and you felt like you should be so lucky to even eat there and have the counter person take your order.

Used to like this place, but I’ve received terrible food the last few times I’ve gone. Last night, I received an unwanted burger patty underneath my chicken sandwich. Both the burger and the chicken were soggy and tasted DISGUSTING. Prior to this, I received unwanted bacon on a veggie burger. Very frustrating to continuously receive the wrong order and for the food to taste gross.

Waited 30 minutes for our food, the appetizer arrived with the meal. It was lukewarm and the fries were cold. Not impressed. Someone who arrived 15 minutes after us and sat at the bar got their meal before us. There were 6 people in the place, Not like it was busy.
