Came here with my family explicitly for the purpose of eating Hanna’s pasta. We grew up going to Hanna’s in San Rafael before they closed and were very excited to have this dish once again. Unfortunately, it fell short. Too much cream, not enough black pepper – overall just not a balanced sauce. We also had the fatoush salad, which was good, but again wasn’t quite right in my opinion. The rest of the family enjoyed their food, commenting the fish was delicious! Ambiance was a little rushed, loud, and the tables were too small for a seating of four. Ideally I’d like to be able to fit my bread dish, main dish, and drink all in my space. Honestly, won’t be eager to return. But it is a good option for Novato residents wanting to stay in town.

Met one of the owners, Hanna, in Ireland and he gave me a voucher for 2 free drinks since we both were from the Bay Area. Came in and met his business partner Abe, who was equally as charming and welcoming to my fiancé and I! We will definitely be recommending this spot to any and everyone we know! The service/staff were incredible and the food speaks for itself. Wonderful dinner.

The first time I ordered a risotto at Grazie (Nov 2020) it was super delicious!! I went back twice after that (Jan 2021, Dec 2022) looking for the same experience but I never found that taste again. Desserts are very good and the waiters are very nice!

We arrived 45 min before close on a recent hot weather Sunday. Staff were incredibly accommodating. We ate outside. Great salad and panni pear chicken sandwich. We could not eat it all. No one rushed us, refilled ice tea, and provided gracious service. As we were leaving, we saw all of the team sharing a meal. We waved a thank you, smiles n waves back. Thanks Grazie!

This was my first time at this restaurant and although it stated it closes at 8 pm on Google maps, it actually closes at 2:30 pm post covid. We came in at 2:20p but to our pleasant surprise the cook accommodated us anyway. Thank you sir, my guest and I appreciated it so much. We ordered the Gnocchi with chicken. My guest had never tried it and she fell in love with your Gnocchi & Chicken dish. They have a variety of Italian cuisine, as well as wine, soda’s, tea and lemonade. We will be returning. If you have never tried Grazie Restaurant, it is well worth giving it a go. They have outdoor & inside seating, it’s cozy, great friendly staff and reasonable prices. I’m am now a loyal customer along with my guest.

I was excited to eat here but the excitement quickly burned off! The staff was horrid, rude, stand offish, unjust down right unpleasant. The Sandwich pictured is a crab and prawn, do not get this dish unless you love onions. The only thing you could taste was onions, it was horrible, so disappointed. The spaghetti and meatballs was delicious how ever. But no french or garlic bread to go with it no parmesan either. The wait time from placing the order was over 30 minutes, way to long, and no came back to check on is the whole time. To bad as this is a gold mind location with tons of foot traffic and people passing by all day long.

Best French toast in Novato. Also pistachio-encrusted salmon (pictured). Friendly service. Perfect location. This is where locals go for brunch til 3 pm on Sat/Sun. Second bad experience at this place! Ordered garlic bread with huge order of dry spagetti and a salad that consisted of nothing but lettuce! Gave me bread and butter!! Not garlic bread! Spagetti had very little sauce on it! When I called to let them know I did not get Garlic Bread . The guy hung up on me! Never going back! Sad because it’s in my town! I will just go to “Chianti” from now on! Grazie STINKS! Never again!
