Cool restaurant with good beer that MAY be on tap. – They were out of multiple beers during our visit. Staff was courteous. Unfortunately, the food was ehhhh. The BBQ “platter” was a meager child sized portion. (See photos- that’s not a camera trick…my finger is on the plate for comparison). The ribs and wings had the same flavor and char as if l pulled it off my weber grill at the house. Pulled pork was bland. With that said, would I go back, probably, but not for the BBQ.

I love trying different beers from craft breweries from all over the United States…but my FAVORITE beer that I have tried to date is brewed right here in Bucks County!

The Local Guide
First time here: we ordered the sampler it came with 2 wings, 3 ribs, 3 hush puppies a small dish if pulled pork and small coleslaw. We also ordered a BBQ burger and side Ceasars salad and a pulled pork flat bread. To start not a big fan of the whole wings, they were good but not a fan. The ribs pulled off the bone with ease great smoke flavor. The hush puppies were really good. I say this because I really don’t like them, but I was asked to try it and let me tell you they were awesome like eating a corn fritter bite. The coleslaw was fresh with a crush and perfect snap of flavor. The pulled pork was good as well, The flat bread was big enough loaded with the pulled pork and extra BBQ sauce. My son liked his BBQ burger cooked just right and packed with juices. Ceasars salad was nice size for being a side. Next time we will skip the samplers not sure if it was worth the money, it did give us different items to try. The home run was the flat bread and hush puppies and coleslaw. I would try something new. The live music was nice after we were done eating. It was too loud while we were eating and couldn’t have a conversation with anyone.

I enjoyed the food and the servers were pleasant. I had a nice pulled pork sandwich which reminded me of my time in NC. There was a band, and I think the musicians were good, but it was much too loud to actually hear them play. My phone registered 103 dB which is hazardous. We had to leave to protect our hearing.

Stopped in for a quick flight the other day and had a great experience. Large bar area, with a lot of table seating and a small lounge with a pool table. Lots of open space and light, very nice inside. They have a TON of beers to choose from as well as ciders, wine, and cocktails. The beer is definitely the main draw though, and they have a takeout fridge to snag cans of your favorites on the way out. Definitely recommend this place whether you’re just looking for a good drink or a place to hunker down for some food with friends.

Worth every cent. Service was phenomenal. The food is the best food I’ve had since being down south. The brisket is perfection! Don’t forget to try the peanut butter pie! Reasonable prices, unforgettable meals, and service that can’t be beat. The manager/chef is super friendly and great at the saxophone as well ! (Plays with the live music!) They have outdoor seating, the whole restaurant opens up, and they even have a pool table. Ask for Carolyn for a server and you won’t be disappointed! Looking forward to our next visit !

We 1st saw this place in February when our daughter was home from out of town. We had a great time, food was great, the beer awesome, and the band playing sounded great. But the best part of our night was our server Carolyn. She had just started but her friendliness and enthusiasm made up for that. She was attentive, and offered suggestions that were spot on. Since that night we have been back almost every week. We have included friends and family when we have gone and everyone loves the food and Carolyn. If you go here, ask for Carolyn and you will enjoy your time. The hush puppies and fried pickles are great!!

Continuing my local wing tour, this week we visited the Great barn tap house. A new menu with really great bbq to complement a cold beer. The wings where truly jumbo with great smoky flavors. I ordered the smoked and habanero rub both wings. I think you will find a few sauces that will fit you taste buds with sauce like Buffalo, Tractor Juice, milk Stout BBQ, Sweet Chili, Mango Habanero,Nashville Sweet &Hot. Notable mention to the ribs delicious

This place is starting to become one of my favorite places to hangout, even though it’s a bit further from me than my usual hangouts. But if I’m out this way I stop in. Food is great with a wide variety to choose from. Beer is also great! They host trivia on some Wednesdays and they have bands play there on the weekend. Definitely recommend.
