Great Chinese restaurant that has the Best Food!! The egg rolls are Huge & Tasty! They have a Huge menu to choose from! Moo Goo Gaipan, General Tso’s Chicken & the Shrimp and Mixed Vegetables dishes are Fantastic! Very clean and Great atmosphere and the Servers and Host are Super friendly!! It’s our secret “Go-To” place when in Alexandria!!!

If you are looking for a restaurant with authenticity and heart, you are in the right place! Great Hunan is a fantastic option for lunch, dinner, and takeout, and the food never disappoints! All of the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice! I have visited quite regularly for almost 10 years now, and it has consistently been fantastic. Definitely the Chinese go-to in Alexandria!

Food was excellent! Variety of food, temp of food, price of food all top shelf! We ordered sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, cream cheese wontons and for dessert sugar donuts all were excellent. This is our first time coming and we will be back many more times.

Great experience! The food was fantastic, warm, and arrived in proper time. The service was friendly and very helpful with the menu. Relaxed and clean atmosphere. Nice small restaurant. Hot tea is great. Wonton soup was good. The fried rice was not the usual suspects but still delicious. I got the pepper steak dinner and it was fantastic. Will definitely come back.
