These GRINDERS would aggressively sand and grind rusty hulls of war ships and cargo freighters to a first-class American finish.
Each day at lunch they could be found eating a unique sandwich. Something good enough to have every day. The only sandwich that was hearty enough to keep up with their signature work ethic.

If you are looking for great food, a view of Lake Eire and friendly superb service, get off the corporate fast food road and come down here! The grinders are on toasted bread and overflowing with meat and delicious toppings. There’s a covered picnic area to sit and enjoy the lake as your backdrop. We thoroughly enjoyed our chat with the local owners. Highly recommend!!

I tried the Italian Grinder for lunch today, and boy oh boy was it delicious! My mom got the Turkey Grinder and loved it as well. They have a great website for easy online ordering to bypass having to wait. We took the sandwiches home, but they have a lot of outdoor seating available. We also got sides of potato and pasta salad. The potato salad was incredible, I wasn’t a huge fan of the dressing on the pasta salad but my mom really enjoyed it. Don’t forget to add a pack of cookies to your order too! I will definitely be back.

This is our go-to spot for lunch all summer long! Usually we just pick it up and eat at our own shop down the street, but the location is beautiful and there is plenty of outdoor pavilion seating available.

We got lunch from Grinders today. My wife got the turkey club and I got the Italian. It was absolutely unbelievable! The bread was fresh, the meat and all the veggies on top were perfect. I especially like the bread. We’re never disappointed can’t wait to go back.

Used to love this place, but after finding out I’m diabetic I switched to a lettuce wrap from here and it was very disappointing. It was the same price as a regular sub, but didn’t have that much meat or toppings on it and it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Great place if you can have bread, but sadly their lettuce wrap did not deliver for me.
