Their goal is to have satisfied customers. I forgot to ask for onions in my hash browns. They grilled up some onions so I could mix them with the hash browns. No charge. Great team of employees.

I love the food, but it’s incredibly difficult to get food. On Saturday January 28th, 2023, I was driving down Apple Ave headed to subway when I saw the open sign lit up for great lakes grinders. I did a U-turn on apple to support a local business and eat better food. I pulled into great lakes at 7:15pm with my bright lights and loud truck, and as I was parking a male worker locked the door and turned off the open sign. A girl worker at the register was laughing at the guy walking back to the kitchen. Hours posted on the door said open to 8pm. This is not the first time we have been unsuccessful in getting food from there. Phones not being answered or they answer and say they are not taking orders right now because the wait would be 90+ minutes. ☹
