This is definitely NOT CHARLEY’S !!! the prices for these sandwiches are a little more than CHARLEY’S I actually. I really really wanted a steak sandwich and didn’t wanna go to Twelve oaks farther than I wanted to travel, so I looked them up at Fairlane Mall after this I should’ve made the drive!! The was an older lady who was not really friendly at all and charged me extra for mayo that already came on sandwich and it was extra !! Sometimes you can’t substitute things .( w/ cheese sauce is called the ultimate and the other one is a chicken philly) (Meats were VERY BLAND, Cheesy sauce tasted like water)

The first time I ate here I didn’t think too much of it. The chopped steak sandwich i got was very dry and tasteless. I waited a year to see if there was any improvement but I never got to order anything because both the cook and counter guy were more interested in trying to talk to a couple of girls than they were in taking food orders. The girls were good looking, so I can’t say that I blame the workers, but it’s not so good for business or for guys like me that are trying to review different places for the unelightened masses. I’ll try again in another year, but I can’t imagine that things will change much.
