The food court in the mall has very high ceilings. The atmosphere is warm. There are people of all ages. The feeling is like you are at home. If you are there for food, you are in the right place. I personally love the steak and potato deluxe. The potato is nicely cooked and the meat, butter, sour cream stuffing just makes your day.

Today i visited this location was very disappointed in how it was run the cook Danny and the young lady which i did not get her name were working very hard to get orders out ,long line also mall was closing .there was another worker who was not helping just standing there watching .i don’t believe that is right or fair . i had to write this review and appreciate these 2 employee who got my order correct and quick.thank you for my order .

My daughter and I went here on Oct 19th 2019. We had the worse service ever. My daughter ordered two sandwiches and I placed an order for two sandwiches. The cook was fabulous it was the guy that puts the vegetables on your sandwich. He was rude and didnt know what he was doing. I will never eat here again. I got home the order was completely wrong and not wrapped correctly.

1 of 2 of the best steak sandwich in IL. The other is Bruno’s of Aurora. Great stks knows it’s not an original Philly cheese steak sandwich and that’s what I respect about this restaurant. They does their thing and not try to be like Philly originals. No one can duplicate the Original Philly cheese steak, Geno’s, Jim’s Sonny’s of Philadelphia, PA.
