me and my boyfriend got food from here last week and i found a long black hair in my food. i got my moment back but after we traveled all the way to the mall (25 mins from home) just for grest teriyaki and i don’t even get to eat it because there’s a hair in it is still very disappointing. i took 2 bites and noticed the hair n my appetite was gone. dude was all rude about it and said “it happens” well, it shouldn’t.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the food but these people have no clue how to treat long time customers. The same dude serves me every time and knows I go often. But now he insists on a charging me 50 cents for two tiny 1 cent hot sauce packets. Like honestly dude, I spend an easy $100 bucks here a month and I can’t even get a hot sauce packet with my food. Like that’s ridiculous. Previously they would let me grab 4-5 packets. Which is reasonable because of the amount of food. But now they give you 1 pack and say you have to pay 50 cents for two more. That’s straight up dumb.

This is is a great place for a quick take out. The food is pretty good. I don’t think anything can go wrong here since the food is pretty simple. From the time you order to the time you get your food is pretty fast.

I go here all the time and the food is great, but the cooks are not very nice and do not give equal portions. I had two orders, one with extra rice no veggies, I saw as the guy put two scoops of rice into the one with veggies and proceeded to also put the same amount on the second one with that is supposed to have extra rice.

Over the years the shrimp has gotten smaller even tho the price increase. I understand prices are high everywhere but at least have the shrimp the regular size. I love the beef and shrimp teriyaki with rice. It’s my go to place when I visit Jordan creek

This is how you lose a long time customer. Been here maybe 50 times since they opened. Always get the #1 and it has always had a good helping of steamed vegetables and chicken. Tonight there was a third of what I normally get for both. Went back up to show them and all they said was if you want extra vegetables it costs extra. They didn’t get it even though I kept telling them I barely got any compared to how much I always get. They just ignored me. Never going back. Horrible customer service and communication skills.

I loved this place. Mainly because you get a lot for the price. Now, they’ve raised their price (understandable), but the portions were horrible! We bought 4 and all 4 had very little portions. They weren’t busy more than usual. Probably won’t go there again unless the food court is dead.
