I don’t often base my opinion of a restaurant on my first visit, but my experience here was so superb that I felt like writing this review! I placed an order for takeout over the phone and showed up roughly 30 minutes later to pick it up. The food was just being put into the bag, so it couldn’t have been better timing! We ordered the Four Seasons, Eggplant with Garlic, Sesame Chicken, and Fried Dumplings. I was able to sample all four dishes, and honestly, I can’t pick a favorite!! Everything was hot, fresh, cooked thoroughly, and very flavorful! The staff were extremely courteous. This very well may end up being our favorite spot for Chinese food!! 2021 UPDATE: We have ordered from Great Wall many times since my initial review, the food quality has been 5 stars on every visit!!

Kinda meh experience, the beef fried rice was oily and the beef was chewy. The crab Rangoon was nice and crunchy on the outside, but the inside, the crab filling tasted like it was old and very fishy. Likewise with the shrimp toast, the. shrimp had a very fishy taste, like it was old/past it’s prime. We’ll not be going back here, and instead checking out some of the other Chinese restaurants.

This place has been around for a long time. The food is what you would expect from a run of the mill Chinese restaurant, essentially the same menu as every other place. Food is prepared to order and is mostly good. However they seem to be a tad on the expensive side, and to be fair that could be about demand and location. They seemingly more often than I would like don’t listen when I ask for my food to be prepared a certain way and will rush you off of the phone. They act like sauce packets are going out of style. They will often send you much less than asked for and their delivery process is cumbersome.
