Placed an order with Uber and half the order was missing. I called Great Wall and they said they will call me back. After 10 minutes I called them. They said they gave the driver 2 bags and are not taking responsibility for the order. I called the driver and they said one bag was given. I stress to the gentleman on the phone that I had my kid’s friends over for a birthday party and they are waiting to eat. He replied that he will not take responsibility for the mixup. So I placed an order with a local pizzeria.

First time ordering from there and my last. The soup was more for a combination order than an individual order. General Tso’s Chicken was dry (No Sauce) and, I ordered a Sprite Bottle soda and charged $2.75 for it too! They sent me a can soda. For the price I paid I could have bought a twelve pack of Shoprite brand.

Been going here for 15 years. Dealt with owners being short and food being adequate for years. Tonight, I had enough. Called in food early to ensure that we would eat early and move on with the evening. Waited to pick up for over 20 minutes before any staff engaged me. Once I was called upon I was told their was no order placed under our name, address or phone number. A menu was thrown in my direction and I was told to order again, in a very rude tone. I drive home and called in and was told my order had been complete for over an hour and to come pick it up. I insisted they deliver at this point and didn’t see my order for another hour. Once delivered they realized they didn’t process my payment and continued to call and harass while I was eating dinner with my family. I Told them I would call with payment information once I finished my meal, before I had a chance, the owner rang the doorbell demanding payment. This place is a joke, learn how to run a food business. I will never give this business another penny of my money.

Honestly the foods okay, delivery service is TERRIBLE. Not the first time I had the driver BEG for a cash tip when I dont have any cash. I dont know if hes getting paid good or not but shouldnt be begging for a cash tip, and when told that there is no cash he handed me the bag grunted and stomped off to the car.

I ordered shrimp Lo mein, an egg roll, & a homemade ice tea. I was given the smallest egg roll ever & the ice tea was disgusting. The ice tea wasn’t even the normal size. It was literally a small cup. They’re so cheap with their condiments because they gave me 1 duck sauce & 1 soy sauce for my LARGE shrimp lo mein. You can tell they’re cheap because they gave me a Chick-fil-A straw. Likeeee huh? The food was okay though.
