Just ordered and picked up food from Great Wall for the first time and NEVER AGAIN!! The food is awful. When got home and opened the containers based on how it looks and taste, I am sure it’s not fresh and leftover and basically recooked or warmed up. I ordered chicken chow mein and received a bowl of bland BOILED chicken and cabbage ONLY!!! When I called the place back the guy said “the chow mein is supposed to have cabbage in it”, but this does not have cabbage in it, it IS cabbage. Attached are two photos of what chow mein is supposed to be and what I received. Be careful what you order.

We had enjoyed food from the Great Wall on Kingfisher, and ordered from this one next to Detrick. The rice was good and fried to near perfection with good chicken and vegetables. The beef with broccoli had big pieces of beef and was very good. I liked the spring rolls. Our first time to order, but certainly not the last time. And not too much spice. Just tasty.

I went in for dinner and ordered 2 chicken fried rice entrees and a chicken in black bean sauce with no vegetables. The fried rice had no chicken and the entree had all the vegetables. This order wasn’t that difficult. The guy taking my order seemed like he couldn’t be bothered, which maybe explains why the order was wrong. Your people up front should probably be better customer service people.
