I truly enjoyed my chicken and broccoli entree, that I got extra spicy with steamed white rice. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared extremely well. The customer service was good and the owners are overall pretty friendly, especially when they remember you patronizing them. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is dated and needs work, but it doesn’t affect the overall taste of the food, so KUDOS on a job well done

I have been walking at the Veranda and smelling this restaurant for years. Well my husband and I finally decided to try it and we have not been disappointed! It is delicious and it is now our new favorite( we used to be regulars at Hong Kong) we are so happy we have it a try!!

Always order from this restaurant with no problem! Today this very rude woman took my order and sent out the wrong item! I called back and spoke with a man, he gave the phone to her and she began to argue with me about an order I always always order! I never change this order. She made the mistake and instead of apologizing at least, she tried to argue with me!! I will not be ordering from this place again! For $75, they could have at least offered an apology!!!

Was extremely rude on the phone, to the point of yelling at me. I called back after placing my order to find out why the price was completely different than what the menu said. Coming to find out they changed prices, plus nowhere on the menu does it say about a delivery fee. I have no problem with fee, but should be stated up front. I will never try to order from them again. Definitely not how you treat potential customers

Um my husband ordered shrimp the other day and in the to-go box it looked like soup. Said he got 4 shrimp. Rest of it was just cheap flavored water chestnuts, carrot, and peas or something. Fried rice tastes like instant. Just drive a few blocks to the Hibachi Express. WAY better prices and food.

My wife and I love the food here; it is always excellent, cooked to order and done in a timely fashion. They will even deliver! The last time we called for the delivery they kept giving me the runaround about whether they could accept a check (I could not use my card since payday was the next day but I wanted Chinese then and so wanted to pay with a check which would be good by the time the banks were open the next day for deposit); they kept asking if I could pay in cash or come by and pick it up. They then tried to get my order but I wanted to know first if they would accept a check, and the lady hung up on me. I called back (I work in customer service and don’t like confrontation, I am extremely polite on the phone) and finally got an answer: they no longer accept checks because they have had too many people give them bad checks, which is understandable. I would have accepted this answer if they had given it to me up front, but them hanging up on me left a bad taste in my mouth and it will be a while before we go back.
