Me and my girlfriend had lunch there sunday 1-29-23. We both threw up and she has food poisoning if this estabishment doesnt make the situation correct by 2-5 i will do everything within my power to ensure there business is shut down.

My family thinks this is the best takeout place around. We have enjoyed great wall for probably 10 years or more. Always good and very consistent. Not the cheapest place, but quality food. You get what you pay for. They are always busy so call your order in or you’ll be waiting!

Service was excellent. No complaints there. Food definitely was a big disappointment!! Shrimp was way overcooked, LoMein was dry and undercooked. The egg roll had nothing in it, not even cabbage!! At least the rice was decent, but the pork was old, chewy, and disgusting. I ordered at dinner time and the amount of food that I got was no different than the smaller lunch portions. When did they change the serving sizes?? At least it wasn’t as much to throw in the garbage if they had done the normal dinner portions!! Definitely not going there again!!!!

This has been our “go to” place for the last few years however I think they’ve bitten off more than they can chew. I placed an order at 5:20 last night and was told 45 minutes. I work about an hour from here/home. So I placed the order before I left work. I pull up an hour later walk in to pay and after he hands me my receipt he says ” it’s still cooking” no time frame so thinking it’s almost done I figure I’ll hang out a bit. An hour later my food was done! 7:15 I walked out of there… don’t get me wrong the food is great! But after already working a 12 hour day an hour away I don’t want to spend another hour waiting for food when I was told 45 minutes. I know they signed up with doordash and grubhub which I think may be too much for them. If they’re going to cater to the apps first instead of direct call ins then I’ll definitely be going elsewhere. Waiting two hours for a two meal order is ridiculous!

Great take out food! Servings were big, very tasty, fresh and hot. Food was packaged to-go securely and nicely, too. Well worth the 20 minute wait! Highly recommend Great Wall Chinese restaurant!

Food was great, they do NOT except payment over the phone anymore apparently or were not able to a few night’s ago. I had to pick it up also but I understand that depend’s on driver availability. As far as food is concerned my order was correct and everything was as specified. It was very good!! We usually order from them and will continue too, they tend to be open later than other Chinese restaurant’s in the area as well. PS. Make sure you verify exactly what it is you’re ordering. I had confusion with one item I searched on Google but they apparently said is prepared totally different so I ended up changing my order!!

I like these folks. I walked in late, they were having dinner together: I asked “is it too late to order”, he said “no still open” and got up from eating with his wife to make my meal. The food I ordered was hot and fresh, delicious and filling. I recommend the garlic chicken, but I’ve been here before and everything they make is good.
