I Order my foof via doordash. I ordered several times waiting for them (the restaurant) to improve but I saw no improvement. Taste like the food is made with old burn oil. I asked for chili oil and what I got was watery chili and not even crushed pepper in it. Today was my last time I order from here. Do see pepper flakes?

I call and order all the time and get lo mein noodles for my father because of his esophagus cancer… well tonight all of a sudden I got rice instead…I called to let them know they and a mistake only to be told how we had some conversation that hasn’t happened in 3 years because I know i costs extra already… instead of offer even an apology they wanted to tell me I’m wrong… first of I’m the customer I’m always right… second I’ve been in customer service before for 12 years and this is not at all how you handle things…. he was very rude and tried to say I was cussing him out and the whole time I used sir to approach him or answer him…I will not be ordering again.

Ordered 4 meals this evening. Cost me 53.11. Got it delivered and only received 3 meals. Called back they said I only ordered 3. They were going to charge me for the meal they forgot and another 5 delivery fee. When did that start? So why do I tip. Never ever will I order from great wall. Food was old and nasty.

Paid 70$ for frozeen tasting food under cooked rice and burnt dryed out teryaki chicken. Would not recomend. You can get the same quality for 20$ out the freezer section in walmart

The cashier of Great Wall, tall Indian man with black hair completely messed up me and my friend order. Proceeded to overcharge us $10 on top of the the regular order. Just to give us the complete OPPOSITE of what we ordered. Very rude and argumentative, I ate here 2 other times and had no issues. But that is because I had a different guy take my order. But now I will not ever be eating at Great Wall ever again. Horrible service I now give this place -0 stars. Also was charged $5.20 for a soda!! I highly suggest you do not eat here. Please Go to Red Apple downtown instead!!
