What a kind, approachable family runs this place. It’s a hole in the wall spot but a Great little kitchen with a knowledgeable chef at the woks. Lots of fun to watch and extremely good food flavor. I found this place by accident and will definitely be returning out of my way for the food here.

This is a small, almost hole-in-the-wall type of Chinese takeout. Don’t plan on eating there, they only have a couple tables. They have good food, a lot of other typical food places have but they have the Singapore rice noodles that a lot of others don’t.

After a long day, I needed some food that wasn’t the usual late-night burger and thank goodness this restaurant was still open! It was hot, delicious, and the lady that I spoke to was extremely nice. I definitely will be coming back for more, thank you!

My last time going here, I live very close by. I know the standards for my dishes as my parents use to own this type of restaurant and I work in the industry on and off 10-20 years. But I still miss the food every once in a while. My main issue was when I order my shrimp with broccoli, literally the only season was soy sauce that I tasted. There was no Kung Pao sauce where it had a bit of savory and sweetness to it. It was literally straight up salty and soy.

Old food seasoned with condiments and extra extra oil. Soups are just water and oil. No substance. Awful customer service. If you are not white, they cannot understand your English. Very prejudiced.

I’ve been getting take out from The Great Wall for years. It’s a bit of a “greasy spoon” Chinese diner, not fancy at all. They’ve only got three tables, so don’t go if you’re expecting a sit-down service. They have a traditional takeout menu with all of the usual Chinese dishes. I usually get the sesame chicken, or broccoli beef. Get the combo with rice and an egg roll. The egg rolls are crunchy and delicious. I will often get the hot/sour soup, mmmm, delish. They will deliver but if you’re in the neighborhood, drop by and order from across the counter. The food is always hot when I get it home. For the most part, the staff is polite, but can be short on niceties, don’t take it personally. It reminds me of ordering food in NYC.

The hunt continues for good Chinese takeout… I picked this up in person. Can taste the OLD grease on the fried rice… the restaurant is filthy as well!

Food is amazing. The combo comes with so much food for only $30 for two people. I thought I was getting just soup, rice and Mongolian beef. We got rolls and crab Rangoon too with plenty of sauces. Highly recommend.

The order takers seemed rather inpatient and would not answer what vegetables come with my dish. He said do you want it? I walked out. It didn’t look clean inside the store
