Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken Tonight. Got it home, outside looked good. Chicken on the inside was dry & looked previously cooked, hard outside corners. Called to ask for a replacement or refund. Was told only 5.00 off because she saw the food & it was good color. HELLO YOU DID NOT SEE THE INSIDE. She refused until I mentioned the health dept & BBB. After saying she would give me $10 back, I was not allowed to order from there after getting a refund. Then proceeds to tell me I have had multiple no pickups. NEVER have I not picked up an order. From anywhere. This place is shady & food is questionable. Why does it look like this was leftover pan seared left over chicken? No gloves, they move from register to food. Never see anyone wash hands. Just gross. Which is why I rarely order anymore from there. Last resort dinner usually. Find a better place. Seriously.

I ordered the pu pu platter and beef with vegetables for delivery it got here piping hot and 20 mins faster than expected through their easy to use app. An amazing local family runs this restaurant and the food is consistently amazing, this is probably my 100th order and no matter what you get on the menu it’s delicious!

The honey chicken that I got was the freshest, sweetest, yummy chicken I’ve ever had. EVER. I MADE INVOLENTARY MOANING SOUNDS IT TASTED SO GOOD No seriously, no other Chinese food in Jacksonville can touch this places honey chicken. I can’t speak on the other dishes but I heard no complaints from the family either.

Excellent, The people working are awesome. We order from them weekly & the food is always top notch. The staff always remembers my order and is always nice and helpful. I’m 2 chickens no broccoli! Thanks for providing quality take out! The portions are large so we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. It’s so good, try it!

Been coming here 2 years…something wasn’t right the last two times I visited. The TSO was not good, and the rice had zero flavor. Visited yesterday and owner’s 5 year old sone took my credit card and processed the transaction. The parents/owners need to stop this before I call the police! Unsat!

Friendly professional staff. The food is always good. I recommend you try the tea, I can’t remember the name, but it’s in a red can. It’s a sweet tea really good. If you like spicy food, ask for a side of hot oil, it’s very spicy.
