I’ve been to Great Wall numerous times. The food is standard takeout Chinese. It has always been good and I’ve never had any issues. But last night when getting it with some friends I found what looks to be little metal hooks in my food. I had already eaten a good amount and am hoping I didn’t swallow any. Will not be going back unfortunately.

This place has potential, the food is pretty expensive for it not being fresh. I’ve eaten this at another place where they cook it right in front of you and the meat and rice was hard after getting warm. I know what that means. To much sugar in the bag with the fried doughnuts it really only needed a light sprinkle. You guys should cook upon order being placed. No one is gonna complain about waiting for fresh food I promise. No I’m not going back

We’ve eaten here off and on over many years. Just had general tso’s chicken and orange shrimp with snow peas added on and crab rangoon. It was ready in 15 minutes. No complaints. It was really delicious. And the fortune cookies were actual fortunes!

RV Ashs in April
First time I have ordered from them. I have ever had fried rice that was brown in color with no flavor, looked like they may have added soy sauce for color. I expected regular fried rice with the normal vegs in it. Ordered Honey chicken and it was a little sweet but orange in color, seemed to be mostly breading. I wasn’t expecting the breading. Husband thought the eggroll was good. It did arrived on time and was still warm.

Usually I have a great experience with Great Wall but today is not one of them. We are still currently waiting for our food, we were quoted 30 mins and we are now going on almost an hour and 45 mins. Tried to call them 3 times but they never answered.

Ordered online and confirmed delivery was 45 minutes. I called 1 hour and 5 minutes later for update and they specifically stated that they did not check, so delivery was not prepared. Regardless what website, since they asked from which, do not order online. I’ll look forward to that refund.

Ordered some chicken w/ rice, noodles, and donuts. My chicken came with no sauce, the rice feels a bit stale and they also forgot my donuts. 2/10 would not ride again. Big yikes.

I went on Christmas to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready yet so I waited. Then a woman stormed in and demanded a refund cussing everyone out cause she was waiting an hour for an order that was 45 minutes. They refunded the money and the woman walked out cussing at them still. While this did delay the time that my food by 20 minutes, it was still great. I think people should consider how busy they are on Christmas. My order said 20 but took 45 minutes the app won’t tell you that.

I ordered from here for the first time recently. I had tried the other Asian restaurants in town and while all were very good Great Wall proved to be a cut above the rest for me. I have only sampled a small portion of their menu but from the three items I ordered all tasted great and they provide a very generous portion for each item. Even ordering late at night for delivery I received my food quickly and the food tasted just as good as if it was ordered in the mid day so the cooks certainly put in their full effort from open to close.
