The worst customer Service. Ordered at 630pm for 730pm delivery. Called at 8pm, spoke with the manager, she said she would check it out and call back in 3 min. Never called back, called again, told the manager had stepped out. That was enough for me. Told them to cancel the order. Ended up making our own dinner. 815pm delivery person showed up with food. Refused and sent it back. Will never order from them again.

If I could do a 0 star I would! Unprofessional staff including the manager. They accused a customer of putting metal in his food while I was waiting, then blamed him. So I left without my order and got food elsewhere. Definitely won’t eat somewhere where there’s metal in the food and the Staff doesn’t care!

Ordered 3 orders of sweet and sour chicken with white rice and 2 other combos they delivered one sweet and sour (charged me for only one), then i called back to place a new order for the other two, and they sent it out wrong. I called them back, and the manager acted all condescending. To top it all off, the fortune cookie was empty! I will not order from them again. Ps the other combo tasted like sh^t.

I would not give any stars if it was an option. Food is awful! I miss the original owners! They actually cared about the quality of the food. Now…Chicken wings not fresh…tasted like they were refried from yesterday. The beef in the beef and broccoli clearly was not separated when it was cooked. The meat was clumped together and raw on one side once pulled apart. There was about a half inch of oil/grease that I had to pour off the top and that was the only thing you tasted. What a waste of money…just threw it out. I don’t want anything else from this so called restaurant. Good luck everyone!

I’ve been coming here for many years. This place has the best food in the city. Always made to order, hot, packaged well and tastes absolutely delicious!
