Not good this place was called great wraps now is called gyro and wings they changed it and it’s nasty and unprofessional looks like the one they had before but it’s not and they added a tip in my payment without my permission!!! Not worth the $20 I used to like great wraps. Not coming here ever again

They’re very quick and friendly. They have a variety of really good food. I first tried it when I was craving a Philly cheesesteak but no one was at Charley’s they were all in the back kitchen at Charley’s so I went to great wraps. Honestly I liked great wraps a lot more. Thank you guys!

I went to Great Wraps in the Haywood Mall this past Sunday. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak combo. The guy behind the counter made a salad prior to putting my meat on the grill. I am highly allergic to cucumbers. He then put my meat on the grill but part of it broke off the paper and he picked it up with his gloves that he just touched cucumbers with. I asked for him to change gloves and put different meat on the grill in another spot and explained my allergy to him. He changed his gloves because the guy running the register told him too. But they would not cook different meat and told me that he didn’t touch the meat as there is paper on it. I explained my allergy again and explained that he touched the meat without the paper on it. He would not cook new meat and told me I could have the one they were cooking or not have it. I did not get the sandwich and walked away. Very bad customer service and not polite. You should accommodate people with severe allergic reaction’s. I will never go to this place again.

They deserve a 0 rating!!! Their smoothies are disgusting!!! AND the store management wouldn’t do anything about it…just made me look stupid in front of other customers for even questioning the drinks!!! Had to call corporate but only got “I’m sorry” and said they’d contact me for a refund…nearly a week later and still no contact or $11 refund… DO NOT buy their smoothies!! Don’t know about their food but I’m guessing it’s nasty too!!

I went here and got a Philly steak, and after I specifically told them not to put sauce on it they did anyways. I confronted the man on the grill because the guy at the cash register didn’t care and the grill man refused to do so. I decided to eat my food because I hadn’t eaten lunch and I was starving and when I sat down to eat it after already taking a bite out of it and being refused another I ate the fries which ended up being stale even though they had just made them. They also took a long time and I barely got to spend any time with my friends. Long story short don’t eat here, eat at Charlie’s Philly steak they may be slightly pricier; however, they have better service and food.

Had to sit and stare at them to get them to even start preparing my food instead of standing and talking to one another. They wouldn’t take the time to even pay attention during ordering and we were the ONLY customers. Now I know why no one recommends this place. For “mall food” I would still expect remotely decent customer service.

That one star was too much! Me and my daughter went and the guy was emptying the trash with gloves on! We walked up and he started taking our order without taking those same gloves he was emptying the trash with on. So he grabbed the paper that he was gonna wrap the sandwich up in with those same gloves and my 16 year old asked him was he gonna change his gloves he told her he got special gloves to fix the food with so she said ok but your changing the bags in the trash can he told her oh the trash cans are cleaned oh no sir I told my daughter let’s go somewhere else cause regardless if the trash can supposed to be clean it’s still a trash can and if a paying customer ask you to change your gloves then what’s the problem. That was our first and last time here!!! Dealing with a trash can is nasty period it’s a darn TRASH CAN
