Food was not even close to what was being advertised. Everything but the pancakes were undercooked. Definitely not worth the $9.50 for the pancake plate. Even though the advertise coffee they do not serve it. Would not recommend and I will not be returning.

ATL – Concourse A. I wonder why this location have no line since other stalls are long line and now I know because service and foods are horrible. The guy cashier barely speaks up and not really want to work. Foods is bad as the service. I am definitely not gonna try this franchise at any location.

Very slow to bring your food out, I waited for 25 minutes. The fries were cold, but still tasty. The southwest chicken bowl barely had any food in it. The sauce was good in the bowl though. The falafel sandwich was actually pretty good. I’d recommend that, but nothing else. This place is definitely a mixed bag.

The cashier served us 2 cups with ice, and since i didn’t tip her (because it’s a cashier) she took it away from us, so i bought a drink but it seems that doesn’t give me the right to get a cup? Also there was no Coffee so i ordered an orange Juice, but then they didn’t give me the potatoes that was included in the meal, and they said that i didn’t specify that i wanted a meal, i mean they didn’t even have the Coffee. So i ended up paying the same as a meal but they refused to give me the potatoes, and the food was pretty awful as well.

I know for a fact Atlanta have the busiest airport in the world and for this greatwraps to only have one person working this morning is absurd. I think he was the manager and his name was (Zach ) the line was long but he keep his composure and kept it Professional Eventhou I waited for a while for my food , my food was fresh and hot greatwraps. The person at the register and the person handing out orders were both nice. However, one of the people cooking the food argued with me when I let them know that they made my order wrong. I told her that the toppings she included didn’t match the description, and she basically told me I was wrong. I then said that I’m allergic to dairy and there’s feta all over it, and she didn’t really admit that she made a mistake or apologize for arguing. She was upset and reluctantly remade the order while the guy who was handing out orders apologized for her. The food was ok, but it took about 30 minutes to actually get what I ordered. Just avoid this place if you can.

If you are in Concourse A, find a different place. The service was very slow. Many people ahead of me received their orders wrong. The breakfast wrap was not that great. The side of potatoes had no flavor. If you are trying to grab a quick bite before a flight, don’t come here. I spent more than 30 minutes after I ordered waiting on my food. They had 4 people working at the time, very disorganized.

Take the sign that an empty line probably means something is wrong. They don’t listen and will charge you for what you want versus what you asked for. The woman who rung me up failed to listen and still gave me the wrong order even after having a whole debate about it. I’d never ever ever ever ever waste my time and money here
