The Cumberland Mall is very nice. I ordered the Original Gyro and my Husband ordered the Spicy Gyro meal. I swear the meat tasted like old can meat that had been frozen then put on the grill 2 weeks ago then pulled out of dirty Tupperware and microwaved. The French Fries were sad because they were slumping over inside of the box. My Husband said the soda was pretty good. Never will we go there again.

A bunch of high school kids, goofing off, with a crowd of customers. I also was told by the young man cashier there was no ice for my drink. So I took a warm coke and waited with the others. Then a lady comes from the back with ice. This place will never get another penny from me. Train your employees to practice good customer service and sense of urgency.

This review is for Gyro Wraps & Wings at Cumberland Mall (apparently the name changed at some point). I ordered the Original Gyro sandwich (no sides) and it was very disappointing. The meat had been pre-cut and and was dry and cold. The flavor of the sandwich was poor. Not satisfying. I know it’s a mall food court, but If Gyro Wraps is your name… you should be able to serve a decent Gyro Wrap. This was a total bust. The only positive thing I can say is that the employees were friendly. If I’m paying to eat out, I expect it to be good… even at the mall food court. Failing grade here.

We had the most disgusting, disrespectful, insulting experience just now! While they were preparing our food, my husband who joined us after I ordered his wrap, asked the lady what meat she was preparing for him. She said ” cat, rat and dog!” It is lamb. cat, rat and dog ” She kept saying “cat, rat and dog”. And the other crew just kept smiling. They should all be reprimanded. You don’t treat customers like that just because we are Asian Americans! My husband was livid! He said don’t play with my food! At that time, the manager asked if we want to reimburse it. Of course we did!
