Had a great time and met the owner George & his son in downtown Victoria! Full of history, family friendly, & 3 areas to accommodate dining in, a beautiful outdoor area with live music, & a nightclub area where we enjoyed listening to the great local DJ Russell and got to see Comedian Keith Terry perform a surprise performance! Enjoyed meeting new people and Everyone I’m town boasted that this place has the Absolute BEST Food!

Wow what a great place. Unassuming and casual environment with a very nice bar. We ordered the shrimp avocado salad and the ribeye. Everything was amazing. The steak was perfectly done and the salad was a mix of great greens including spinach. From the bar I had a couple of Knobb Creek Old Fashioned, which were expertly made. What a treasure in Victoria! Come early, it gets busy!

I am a fan of Greek Brothers in El Campo so when I heard that there was one in Victoria I was super excited. I went there on a date expecting the same quality of food I experience at the other location. I was highly disappointed. I ordered a ribeye medium rare and it had to be one of the most disappointing steaks I have had in my life. The edges were cooked more to a black and blue and the rest of the steak was more along the lines of a medium cook. The asparagus was so salty I couldn’t even eat it, the onions had so much seasoning salt on them they were an odd color of orange and salty to boot. My date ordered hamburger steak and again having had it at the other location I said it was delicious. Boy I was wrong, it was as thick as a meatloaf, bland and the gravy was out of the jar quality. After I asked the waiter how long they have been in Victoria I was told they had been there for a couple years but were still operating mostly out of a food truck to cook most of the items. Completely explains it. Low rate food truck quality at a restaurant price. Highly disappointing and absolutely nothing like it’s sister location.

Lunar Memory
Used to be a great place to go and have a drink and some good food – but unfortunately has become completely unreasonable in their pricing. I understand that inflation has caused prices to go up, but I paid $16 for a single mixed drink after 20% gratuity. San Francisco prices in Victoria don’t make sense. Maybe this was a mistake – but I’m kind of scared to go back, as maybe I just can’t afford such a high class establishment.

That’s what I’m talking about Victoria. Was born in Victoria and raised in Houston. It has been hard to come home and find a decent steak restaurant that’s not a chain. Greek 205 had a great atmosphere, steak that could definitely run with the big boys in Houston, and cold lone stars as well as the Karbach family of brews. Old building had a lot of charm and a nice walk in downtown Victoria after dinner topped it off. Owner and staff were great came to our table and talked Astros for a sec. Great job guys! We will definitely be back. HOUSTON if you are in Victoria for any reason stop by and show ❤. This establishment supports our teams and has a little Houston flare to it. It will be worth your time.

The food was excellent and the management was very accommodating when we explained that we were not impressed with the rude service. The waiter that served us was short and rude in his interactions with us and did not show much patience for first time patrons. We were part of a group so gratuity was added to our smaller ticket, as is standard at most places, but we simply were not happy with the service provided to our 2 person ticket, which was brought up to management and resolved.

My tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly!! Definitely one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time from a restaurant and the prices were very reasonable. The salad was very fresh. Will definitely eat there again if I’m ever back in the area.

Not really impressed. I didn’t order a steak, so my critique won’t match all the glowing evaluations about how great the steaks are. I ordered the Greek Salad with an 8 Oz salmon filet. The waiter made sure I understood the salad was 11.95 and the salmon was an additional $25, total 36.95. And he called me “boss”, which to me is unprofessional. The salmon was way undercooked, and when I mentioned it to the waiter, that’s when he explained that they normally serve salmon medium rare. Maybe a good idea to ask the customer how they like the salmon cooked? Even after they cooked it some more, it was still a little undercooked but close enough. Overall, I thought the service and food quality don’t match the prices. When I visited Victoria last year I ate at the Pump House and thought it was great. I gave them 5 stars.
