Thought we would give this long standing place a try – had not been there in 10 years. The pizza is definitely mediocre – crust was thick and lumpy and sauce lacked flavor – seemed almost from frozen. Salads were pretty fresh and glad we got those. The soda mix was good. Service was OK and the staff was relatively attentive. Don’t plan to return. Thanks.

We’ve lived here for over 6 years and for some reason had never tried this hometown treasure. Everyone was so kind and the restaurant had a no-fuss family feel. The pizza and breadsticks are the best I’ve ever had and we eat a lot of pizza! We will definitely become regulars.

So, I recently got a job in Carmel and I am now looking for various lunch options within the area. I was headed out to get a Big Box Sub which was too far to drive for lunch when I happened to drive past Greek Tony’s Pizza and SUB! I thought, let’s give it a chance. Local is good right! No, Local is Fabulous! It’s in a quiet strip center but there were a number of cars out front. I went inside and there is seating towards the front and on the sides with the front desk right up front. The kitchen was just behind the counter. My first impression was that this appears to have been around for quite sometime and not in a bad way. It is kinda “Old School” like a typical pizza parlor that anyone would go and hang out. I ordered the Steak Sub to go. It was a footlong which I normally don’t eat as much. I looked around and there were a number of diners enjoying various dishes. The atmosphere took me back to a time long ago. The sub showed up and off I went. The price was very reasonable along with other dishes. Let me just say that the steak sub was simply Fabulous! Real steak, chunks of it and oh so tender. The bread was clearly homemade which even though they stated that fact you could tell. This was the real McCoy. Creaming melted cheese and the right amount of toppings. Highly recommend this. I plan to go back and sample the various other plates. Hopefully when I am not so rushed.

Recently went to Tony’s when we needed to buy 12 pizzas for an event. I stopped by and placed an order with Sarah and Lucas (mgr) over lunch. The pizzas were ready to go for the late afternoon pick up. Service was great.

Ordered a 12″ 7 cheese blend, a meatball sub, and breadsticks. All of them were really good! Their menu is pretty big so you’ll find something you want. The staff was friendly and the service was quick too. It really feels like a nice home-grown business and their food shows that.

We love Greek Tony’s. We’ve tried several Greek restaurants in the area and Greek Tony’s is by far the best. Sometimes it’s a bit of a wait when we order in the restaurant but it’s worth it. It’s a bit of a wait because they make orders as they come in and make everything from scratch.
