I stop there everyday just grab my Cigars for the day (I don’t have a humidor ). I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience, in fact the staff and owners are a delight and I enjoy seeing and talking to them whenever I do. Prices are fair if not lower than Pittsfield, they do have grub in back…Pizza is my go to, the slices are a quarter a pie for maybe $1.50. tasty too. Best store around so far.

Weird experience, went in to see if they had any Benydryl… I know even weirder place to get it. Asked if they had it, woman says yes and then the guy says no we can not carry that? What exactly does he mean he can’t carry that?? I said to him yes you can carry Benydryl you just choose not to have it at your store. He then says to me, “I can order it for you. Well, i’m not coming into your store at 5:00pm for you to order me Benydryl. I should have just went to the drug store or supermarket, the owner seemed a little strange (just a weird comment about ordering me benedryl, just simply say you don’t have it). Note to self, always listen to your wife haha. Needless to say, i will never return to this store again…

This has been by far one of the worst experiences ive encountered dealing with a “business” I went in to try some of the food that i have heard mixed things about and sure enough i should have listened!! My first time there and i got sick from the turkey as it was bright pink, the customer service was horrible the person working who is there quite a bit was very rude and i witnessed him dropping something and picking it up and still using it. There was a little line and 1 person working by the time i got my food it was really bad cold and tasted like dawn dish soap. As i was leaving the worker was out side door smoking i went back in to say something about food and he didnt wash hands or put gloves on to take my food to fix or even cared and gave QUITE the attitude!! Considering im a paying customer and basically and crucial to your job you’d think they treat customers better but no and i have talked to many with same experience!! If i were you id save your hard earned money from this place and as far as i know the deli meat is all pre-sliced days in advance and goes bad within a few days!! Very bad business for the Berkshire area!! Not to mention assuming the owners they have no clue what your saying and speak much English youd think they would give little respect to its paying customers but not a care in the world!!

I stop in on my way to work and grab a egg sandwich in the AM or a slice of pizza in the afternoon and a tall boy, food is always good, very friendly staff and great selection of beer and Sprits. Don’t just drive by stop in you won’t be disappointed.
