Needed a mid afternoon snack, so we stopped at this Green Frog. They were not busy because of the time of day, but I’m convinced we would have gotten excellent service no matter the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked about the ice cream and was offered a sample. The apple cinnamon pecan muffin was delicious, and the coffee was petty much the best cup of coffee you could ever get. It was very neat and clean, and even though they weren’t busy, the staff was still working restocking napkins, etc. One more thing…. the prices are excellent! I highly recommend Green Frog. Anytime I’m in that area, I’ll be stopping by there again.

We stop here every time we visit family in Jackson. The staff is amazing and so patient. I made the mistake of ordering an iced raspberry green tea. I live in a state where sweet tea isn’t a thing. So my brain said green tea. They made two different version to make me happy. I felt so bad because it was my mistake. It was still good but I got it right the next day.

Our Family just moved to town and this quaint coffee house is just down the street from our new home. We have been a few times now for coffee and the staff is always very friendly and the service is excellent. They also make what might be the best coffee we have ever had. This last trip we purchased some of their coffee beans which my husband and I are looking forward to using at home. If you are in the area looking for a pick me up Green Frog is the place to go.

First time dining in at Green Frog Coffee & Grill! My daughter and I absolutely loved it! Food was delicious, hot, and fresh. I ordered an Tenderloin, egg, and pepper jack cheese Croissant… My daughter enjoyed her smoothie n Breakfast Casserole. We will definitely be back for our next Mother-Daughter Breakfast date.

My boyfriend and I came in for breakfast as out of towners because it had good reviews. Ordered an ice coffee and a fricken (fried chicken) biscuit. When the server brought the drinks out, he handed me my drink and said “here’s your iced tea” I corrected him and told him I had ordered iced coffee, at which he then corrected himself and said that it was iced coffee and he just gets the two mixed up. I took a sip and it was very obviously sweet tea. I returned the tea and asked for coffee, where I was then met with confusion, but they took the tea back and gave me the iced coffee I had ordered. When our fricken biscuits were brought out, both mine and my boyfriends were practically still raw (photos attached). At that point, we had lost our appetites and decided to leave.

They weren’t busy at all when I went through but wasn’t impressed with the customer service. Also their medium coffee size is almost the exact same size as the small. My coffee was so hot it burned my tongue and several times me and my friends went that happened to us. My coffee tasted like sweetened milk, almost no coffee flavor. The fries were good but again burning hot. So just watch out for that when/if you go.
