While this restaurant definitely makes the best egg rolls in town the rest of the food is totally underwhelming. All I wanted was something like the other night so order some shrimp fried rice and egg rolls. Egg rolls were awesome. They couldn’t even bother frying the so-called fried rice. They were almost no vegetables and it was absolutely flavorless. How hard is it to make fried rice? Geesh

Green Lakes is two restaurants in reality: at night / dinner it’s above average. Decent value, pretty reliable. Nothing else in the area would beat them. But, during the week for lunch this place shines. My guess the talent in the kitchen works the day shift and does prep. The food tends to be crispier, better, like a much better place than the night crew. The phone ordering can be surely and the outside is kind of sad but, try them for lunch during the week sometime and see if you hit the jackpot like I do.

First time trying this place after working down the street for a decade. 10/10 on taste, portion size, and price. Friendly staff at pick up and when I asked for extra spicy Szechuan beef, they didn’t mess around. Will be back for sure.

Musty, mildew smell in the place. Filthy windows. After hearing the cash lady yelling at someone on her cell phone while taking orders from the lobby, I left without ordering. Could be the best decision I made this week! Avoid this place. Believe me, my place, Gray Gardens, is a dump and I still would rather eat at home.

Love the food here but I just got told that it was a 3 dollar tip minimum for my food to be delivered. I never had been told that in the 4 years I’ve been ordering here. Furthermore from my understanding a tip was a optional not mandatory after I already paid 27 dollars for my food

Very rude customer service the guy who answered the phone was rude. I’ve been coming here since a little kid and was never this bad. The customer service is horrible the food is cheap quality and he raises the prices. The food is very nasty ordered Lo main noodles and was burnt and was ash like taste and texture I felt like eating a ash tray never have I had a problem with this place until this guy took over never will be back. I’m so disgusted with this place.
