I usually love there pizza. This is the second time I had a bad experience here. I typically go to there other locations. But I was near the on 18 mile and Hayes today. Very disappointed. I’ll continue going to their other locations.

Way too dark inside the building. So we sat on outer patio that was covered and enclosed but way too warm but the pizza and salad are worth getting over the atmosphere. Best pizza in metro Detroit.

Ordered a large square pizza with cup pepperoni and bacon for carryout. It was very good. Crust was just the right crispness and fairly generous toppings and just the right amount of sauce. It was so good that my son and I gobbled up half of it before I could take a picture. Came back the next week with the same results. Apologies , this review is for the location on 15 mile in Frasier,Mi.

Pizza is great. No complaints there. Apparently delivery drivers are too bothered to knock on a door when delivering pizza. So you get a pizza that sits on cold cement outside your door for who knows how long. Absolute incompetence.

Large pizza with one topping and a bread $26, taste was awesome as always and price was fair. My objection is the tip tab that showed up on the tablet with 15% 18% or 20% and other amount. The young man behind the counter turned and pulled two pizza cartons out of the warmer. Stop owners! Put the jar on the counter if you want, but tips for handing a pizza box should not be expected.

My husband and I have been ordering pizza from the 18 and Hayes location since they opened and have really enjoyed the food. Tonight was a different story. There was a black hair in my pizza and we are both blondes. When I called to let the manager know he was apologetic which was nice but now we have a pizza and bread that we will not be finishing. Offering a refund would have been nice. We will not be ordering from this location again.

Green Lantern Pizza is a local favorite for a reason, they constantly make a great pizza pie! We order this on occasion when we visit our in-laws in the area, it’s become a bit of a regular tradition for family gatherings. Get the square meat lovers with extra sauce!

Well unfortunately I am normally a big fan of Green Lantern I usually order from the location on 15 mile in Clinton Township which has always been solid. Decided to order from this location at 18 and Hayes. Picked up the pizza and looked at it, while I was still at the store. The pizza was missing ingredients and the pizza itself was slightly burned. I asked if this was someone else’s pizza and the lady at the front said it was my order. I explained the pizza was burned and my ingredients are missing and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I then questioned what she said and explained my order along with showing the receipt on my phone. She flat out refused several times to remake the pizza correctly. Really unfortunate, I will definitely stay clear of Green Lantern at 18 and Hayes!
