2 thumbs down. Order: kung bao (pao?) Chicken and Mongolian beef. Chicken dish was basically celery with small bits of peanuts and peas with even smaller amounts of chicken. Edible but not by any means great or even good. Beef dish was even more sparsely populated with tiny bits of beef. It was basically a vegetable dish (cabbage) with specks of meat hiding between the vegetables. This item was inedible and disgusting. If given the choice between panda express and this place, panda Express wins hands down.

When I first moved into the area I wasn’t sure about the place… Granted it was holiday season in 2020.

I personally do not like this place. The people that work there all seem very nice and accommodating but their food, in my opinion, isn’t all that great. I’d rather hit Panda Express if eating Chinese on Vancouver. My dad, on the other hand, likes it, and since Panda doesn’t carry Egg Foo Young, I stopped in for him. I did think that with all I got (2 entrees & 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles plate) at Panda it would be the more expensive at just under $12 of the 2 and was shocked that Green tea charged over $12 (tax inc.) for 1 order of egg foo young.

This was an Uber Eats order, so I’m basing the Service and Atmosphere ratings off the food. The food was disgusting. The orange chicken wasn’t too bad, but the “chow mein” is definitely not chow mein. It was nothing but bean sprouts and some jelly-like sauce on top. The hot and sour soup was bitter and tasted like Tabasco. The egg roll was bland and didn’t actually resemble an egg role. It’s definitely the worst “Chinese food” (calling it that is a disgrace) that I’ve ever had.

Well, after a few years of being out of the area and ordering for lunch yesterday, I will take a pass next time. Things have certainly changed with this place. The quality of food has gone way down. My pork fried rice was over done (possibly from the night before and reheated??) my bbq pork was tough and I couldn’t even chew it and the Szechuan chicken was so covered in gelatinous sauce, I couldn’t taste the veggies or chicken in it. The only thing edible in my lunch was the crab puffs. The delivery driver was nice and I made sure to tip him well, but regret ordering from here and will not again. They used to have such good food.

R9. Is one of my favorites, and whenever I go up there, the kind, curtious, friendly man always knows and remembers everything about me. GREAT food. The best egg fu young of any restaurant that I’ve ever eaten at.

Was given raw chicken and instead of being concerned they argued and told me they would credit my next meal. When I told them I don’t want to dine there again they were very argumentative about refunding my order. I really enjoy the food but this definitely was not the way to handle this situation.

I ordered chicken with black bean sauce. The flavor is pretty good but it’s basically water with chipped up beans in it. I’m used to it being a thick sauce.

️ UPDATE: There was a fly in our last order. Vast menu at this take out only Chinese joint. Good size portions. The Kung Pao chicken was decent. The Mongolian beef had a lot more vegetables than I expected yet tasted pretty good. Hot and sour soup was good. BBQ pork fried rice was ok. I want rice with more debris (carrots, peas, pork, egg, ect). The spring rolls were just ok…but I’m not big on rolls. I really like the Szechuan Beef. Deep Fried Prawns are really good. They are lightning fast. All this only took 15 minutes. Hard to find. Use Google maps. PRO TIP: Delievery is only $3. ✌️
