I had the pleasure of tasting this beautiful queens food. I don’t eat meat so I couldn’t try the chicken but it looked AMAZING. I did however get to try her greens and the were ON POINT and I don’t eat everybodys greens. The stuffing was also delicious I wish i had some more. All that was missing was some crystals hot sauce. Definitely a spot you need to check out. Thank you Jeanie for this soul fulfilling food. I’m still licking my lips .

Finally REAL soul food! Greens were full of flavor and were made without meat! I can’t eat pork and can never find restaurants that don’t put pork in all their food. Everything tasted fresh and was well seasoned. I will definitely be ordering more soon.

Today was my first time trying this place I really wanted some soul food but wanted to try a new place. I got there was not greeted and waited for a long while before order was taken there was only one other person in there that had already placed her order. I paid $38.00 for my order and got home it was not worth it fish was barley fried and was a orange color maybe the batter or something, sweet potatoes not good taster like they just put honey over them, baked beans tasted like they just can and very plain. The only thing in my whole order that was good was the cornbread. I try to support black establishments as much as I can but this was an epic fail and I will not be eating there again.

Food was delicious. I got the smothered chicken and it was melt off the bone amazing. The owner was really nice and the food is made to order. Got my food 15 minutes after ordering. The bread pudding was also amazing. My wife was talking about it 3 days later.

This was my first time going here. They have great customer service. The Meats are cooked to order so you don’t have to worried about it being dried out or cold. The sweet potatoes was good I never had it baked before. If you want Turkey legs they have them too. It a Black Owned Restaurant. I heard how the name became Green and Things. This is a good restaurant. You can catch them down at Fiserv Forum on February 14, 2022.

They told me to wait 30 minutes for Mac and cheese and I see them put it in the microwave along with the baked beans. The corn bread was so black and burnt. The employees were unprofessional and did not put their customers first. I’m not leaving this review out of spite. It’s simply a honest experience. Never again will I spend money there. The food isn’t good enough. I can cook better!

After going to the restaurant and waiting over an hour for my food I was highly disappointed. To start the menu says the entree is $15 but ended up paying $20. No greens were available. The baked beans were nasty, the cornbread was too thick and gritty, and the macaroni was boxed (I’m sorry but I expected baked macaroni from a soul food restaurant) the only good thing was my smothered pork chops. I spent $60 for 3 meals that nobody ate smh
