The best PIZZA in the world! This is quality! A must try if you have a store near you. All of the ingredients are fresh and the dough is literally rolled out once the order is placed. The cheese is cheesy, the sauce is saucy, and the crust is crunchy.

GAPCO is our go-to local pizza and pasta place! As a celiac who can tolerate cross-contamination, I really appreciate the cauliflower crust and gluten free pasta. Not much seating at the Peavy location but we normally order take out or delivery.

Honest reveiw, no beef, just pure honesty, in my opinion. I’m really confused as to why some people are raving about this pizza. Either they have never really had great pizza, or they lost their taste buds from covid and never recovered them. Is it better than pizza hut? Yes. But there are far better places in Dallas for pizza and for a better price. Out of respect to the owner, I won’t list them here, but just ask me. GAPCO PRICES ARE OUT OF CONTROL AND EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.

My heart wants to love this place, but it’s been a while since I have had a good experience here. Recently they have been burning the crust way too often, and the pizza is just a little overpriced for what you are getting. I still end up going back though so it’s still decent.
