The person that took our order entered our order incorrectly. When I checked the food and brought it to their attention and politely asked them to remake the order, the cooks (a female and a male) began to taunt me through the window while I stood at the register. Before they brought what was assumed the correct order back, I asked for a full refund. They told me they could not provide a refund and I would need to contact the manager, Nilda, tomorrow. I was told there was no manager on duty. They barely wanted to provide me the store manager’s name and number. I had to go back in the to get that information!

If I could give them big fat 0 I would. Went there last night and I bought 2 burritos, 2 stuffed jalapenos (but they gave me 3, which they could have kept because they were awful!!!), and 2 churros which were the best item in my order. The burrito pic on the menu and what I got was way off base, the tortilla was soggy and had much of nothing in it (looked like something you would give a child as small as it was)and for $8.50 it was a total rip off, the stuffed jalapenos were hard and undercooked and the customer service sucked!!! I spent $30 there and was totally disappointed ☹️ I want my money back!!!

Not a bad street taco. I chose carne asada for my taco plate and the tacos had plenty of meat. They place the cilantro and onions on the side which I kinda like. The beef was fairly bland, and so were the beans and rice. The beans actually had cut up hot dogs in them! However, Mexican food is bland to begin with. If you are eating Mexican food bursting with flavor, loaded with cheese and sour cream and a variety of spices, it is not Mexican. Unless you thought Mexican food is what you ate in Cancun on Spring Break in college. The only reason beans are refried in the first place is to add fat for flavor and calorie content.

I went on my lunch break (1 hour lunch) and it took 45 minutes to get my food. The cashier was not friendly towards me at all. I feel she over charged me for my food also! I will never go back to this place and will not recommend anyone I know to go here. Train your cashiers to be more friendly and not so hard up. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted flour or corn tortillas .
