I was about to be pretty impressed with your response to my review, especially the mention that you refunded my order, and prepared to reduce the frustration in my review— only it’s filled with criticism about the order itself. When I submitted my order, I in no way shape or form asked for “extra” toppings (outside of those that were an additional charge, which I paid for) – so I’m not sure why the oz you referenced are relevant. You might have noticed some level of disappointment when I learned just how many salad topping options were not included in the price of a salad— but said nothing and paid what was charged. You’ll remember I asked for the toppings to be in a different dish than the lettuce ONLY if my order had not been started (you confirmed it had not been!). What does “he already chopped the spinach” have to do with it being rotten and slimy? Does lettuce rot in 30 minutes?

The staff at Greg’s always try to get to know their customers to a more personal level. The food is wonderful too. If you have an issue, they will normally resolve it to the best of their abilities.

It wasn’t terrible, but hardly incredible. The Rueben felt like the ingredients were sprinkled on greedily. It was mostly bread. Staff was nice, so a few stars for that, but I couldn’t recommend it and not be embarrassed by the recommendation.

Awesome place to eat some fresh homemade sandwiches,wraps and soups. The stagg Greg’s are awesome! I normally get the chilli with cornbread and tuna sandwhich. You will not be disappointed of you get grilled chicken spinach wrap, chicken and wild rice soup, or greens and beans soup. They just remodeled the inside and it looks fantastic. Enjoy my friends!

The restaurant was very clean & the staff was friendly enough. My kids ordered a kids meal grilled cheese ($5.99) and a Frito pie ($7.49). They both raved about their food. I think the kids meal was a bit overpriced. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and added soup. Their Cuban was my least favorite that I have had. It had sweet pickles which I didn’t enjoy with the sandwich and the pulled pork portion was just as cold as the sliced ham. It was just off. The soup was fine, broccoli & cheddar. I would go back to try other options but I wouldn’t get the same thing.
