I ordered a medium caramel sundae. For me, it was much larger than I expected. The young woman who took my order was polite and friendly. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout-out for a job well done. Decent price too.

I had a bad experience with this location yesterday. We went to get 2 large sizes of Royal Strawberries Cheese Cake. We used the redeemed to get them, and we did not know that redeemed 500 points could not apply to Royal until they told us. We had not said anything to the staff, and the manager/the owner (I don’t know) standing next to her said he could redeem points on Blizzard and charge a little more for Royal (upgraded). We were OK with it, and we paid the total price for 1 Royal Strawberries Cheese Cake and a little more for upgrading Royal with my visa card (through apple pay on the phone). When we got home from the restaurant to eat our ice cream, we realized they did not put any strawberries in our cups. We thought they forgot to add strawberries. Later, I looked and read those reviews from other customers, and I realized the manager/owner did not add strawberries to our cups on purpose. I feel sad as a customer and feel bad for the franchise to let them represent as a partner of Dairy Queen. It seems like they bought the franchise and built their own rules. They do not say, but they show their action.

I was in line for about 5 minutes before anyone even got to taking my order. Then, as I went to the window, I sat there for another 5 minutes before my order was read back to me. I ordered a sundae and two of their Medium COOKIE JAR Blizzards, and instead received two Turtle Pecan Blizzards. This was an awful experience and I do not recommend.

So I had to wait for an order for 15 minutes and they just refused to make the order because they closed in 10 minutes. I didn’t order it, i’m just picking it up, I get how it is before close I’ve worked in fast food before but they ended up costing me money and it’s not the first time. Didn’t just tell me that because i would’ve understood, just made it seem like it’s my fault when i’m literally doing my job. one worker was complaining and swearing about not wanting to make it right in front of a few customers. I go to check on it and they’re just closed. I always have issues with the workers, literally just trying to do my job and they’re rude every time for no reason. I barely even say a word to them and they get mad nearly every time i walk in. I don’t even go there for myself anymore, idc if it’s the last place open, i would never choose this place. Can’t tell you enough how much i dread coming here for door dash, and how much money this place misses out on because of it cause i would actually get lunch here and occasionally but not anymore.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Never had a bad experience since they opened. Tonight, I was told McDonalds ice cream machine was down after I asked them for a shot size of ice cream for my dog, and had already been given my two shakes I ordered. I couldn’t let my dog watch me eat ice cream and him not have any! I went to Dairy Queen and asked for just a small thing of ice cream for my dog. The girl said “absolutely!”, and gave me a cup of ice cream with a dog bone, free of charge. My dog and I will both be back and continue to support this dog friendly business!
