Beaucoup points for atmosphere and service. It feels so comfortable, so refreshing and energizing, I am thinking of making this my go-to spot for passing time in public. Sadly they close at 2pm. The service was a treat. I was fortunate a gender fluid, bearded person with long nails (who was cheerful and engaging) was my waiter.

Good old fashioned American style home cooked meals with friendly and fast service. From breakfast to dinner, all their meals are good. Their Sunrise breakfast platter hits the spot! Their coffee is always fresh. The servers always come around for refills on coffee and or water. Convenient parking on the sides of the restaurant as well as the front and rear of the building. We recommend the Grill and Skillet Dinner, located in the Bexley/ Eastmoor area. They are an old-school dinner that has been there since the 1950s. If you enjoy the mid-century modern decor, you will enjoy all the knotty pine paneling and feel of the dinner. The menu is full of a large selection of breakfast and lunch choices. We went for breakfast, and both had omelets, a western, and a mushroom w/o cheese. Western was full of ham, bell peppers, and cheese with enough onions to make things interesting without being obnoxious. I chose home fries and wheat toast, and they were super, a great meal at A low cost. The only reason for only a four is that they have an opportunity regarding the restroom, which was clean but could use an upgrade. If you are on the eastside, give them a try.

My groups food was cooked to order they serve real eggs not egg substitute or Frozen your food is served to you hot and ready no waiting the wait staff is quick and courteous they do not get you in and rush you out you can dine knowing that they will take care of you whether you are a familiar face or a first-time customer shaking the trail dust off to rest your feet and enjoy some comfort food for a spell

I used to be a fan of this place but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wanted some good home cooked breakfast and was disappointed. Nothing was seasoned everything was just bland. My breakfast sausage was just the sausage you heat up in the microwave. Pancake was okay though.

Stopped in for brunch today with the wife after eating here with my dad over 20 years ago. Burger was tasty fries were cooked too perfection. The wife got smothered potatoes and she loved them. Bacon and sausage were great. I never got our waiters name but he was on his A game today we never had to ask for anything. Loved the hat guy!
