We were staying at The Grand Wilshire next door and decided to order online for our anniversary. We ordered through the website, paid, and got a message showing it would be ready in 15-20 mins. About five minutes after placing the order, I receive a call from Gina stating they are closed and not taking orders. She doesn’t apologize, offers no explanation as to why the order went through, why they’re closed, etc. We were later told by the front desk attendant at our hotel that they only cater/host special events. I assume a refund will be issued within a couple days, but it’s not. I send an email several days later to the email listed on the website and get no response. I reply to the email containing my receipt from the order and still, no reply. My husband calls the restaurant and gets no answer, so we’ve since filed a dispute with our bank. How many more people have ordered and not been refunded? Why is their online order site still up and running if they’re not open to the public? I don’t care how great your food is. This is terrible business!

What a difference new ownership/management can make. We came back here for our 2nd wedding anniversary under the renovated space/name and it was absolutely awesome! The staff were all friendly and service oriented. The food was absolutely delicious. The space is beautiful. So glad the old place is gone and this new place is here!

I will definitely be going to this cute restaurant again. I was pleased with the way the restaurant was decorated. We were greeted by the hostess and manager. They gave us great customer service. It was a soft opening so it was mentioned by the waitress that there will be more added to the menu afterwards. For appetizers we had the calamari which had a great taste since the chef fried it with olives that gave it that extra taste to it which I loved. My boss and I had the salmon with yuca fries, steak fries, and spinach which was delicious. For dessert we had the churros and the tres leches cake. The churros were so great that I didn’t think I needed to dip it in the chocolate and vanilla sauce they provided. This be the first of many times that I will be going here. A must go to. Btw I absolutely loved that the restaurant doesn’t use plastic straws which is a double thumbs up on my end.

I would give this place no stars. I contacted Gina via email, it took her a week to get back to me. When she finally got back to me we made an appointment for 6:30. We arrived and were told Gina was in the office. 25 Minutes later they told us Gina left the building. I have never heard of such a thing. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF HAVING ANY KIND OF PARTY HERE

There are different halls within you can rent. Grill350 separate. Very nice and the food was good. I would definitely book one of the halls here for my events. Possibly my wedding.

The food…..AMAZING! New renovations and new management. This place is gorgeous ! All of the historical pieces are so cool. Such a warm comforting atmoshpere. Exactly what we need in this area! I am definitely going to be a regular here!
