Holy OIL Batman. Food tasted great, will definitely be going back. But, holy cow, why all the oil?! I can feel it oozing out of every pore and was astonished at how much was in the bottom of the container and all over the bags. Had to store my leftovers in other containers or else it would get all over my fridge. I think I could reuse the extra oil to cook another 5 meals. Goodness gracious. Will be more physically and mentally prepared for it next time! Definitely recommend it, but be warned.

I built my own bowl and got white rice, Hawaiian Gold BBQ, and Spicy Garlic Chicken. The Hawaiian gold is pretty good! The chicken was really tender and has a Dijon taste to it, with a hint of sweetness/honey. The spicy garlic was a little dry today, but I’ve had it other times where I enjoyed it. Definitely spicy. I also really appreciate that Grillbird is gluten conscious and allows you to state if you have a “gluten allergy”/celiac. Giving it a 4/5 due to the chicken being a bit dry sometimes when I’ve ordered.

Great spot for chicken teriyaki cravings. They don’t have indoor seating so it’s mainly To-go orders. They also have a nice selection of drinks and beverages. The place is also very clean and staff is friendly.

This place is legit. But be warned. Do not just walk in. You will wait. Order on their Toast App on their website. It’s faster and easiest way to do pickup. There is no dine in. It’s basically a waiting room with a counter. Staff are super fast and friendly. The vibe was just right. We got chicken with two salads and rice which was some of the best teriyaki I’ve had. The fried cauliflower could have used some salt but the sauces more than made up for that. All in it’s a 5 star fast meal – will be back but will order ahead next time to avoid the 20 min wait.

Parking could be better but it is what it is. I do drive a Amazon van which is wider and longer than most regular Van’s so I can’t really complain too much about parking. It looks like they are remodeling inside so the appearance of the inside or atleast the lobby is…. bare. Not much sitting either. 4 benches that sit 3 to 4 people. Menu is somewhat easy to read. They used the same pink color with 3 different shades. The smaller texts are almost hard to see because how close the background color and text color are. Maybe making the text ‘Bolder’ might help.

Cool place with friendly staff, and the food was ok but I wasn’t totally wowed by it. Chicken katsu sandwich was smaller than I imagined, and the onion rings weren’t anything special. It satisfied the lunch craving at a minimum, but not much more than that.

We love Grillbird! It’s our go-to place anytime we’re looking to have teriyaki. They have added a bunch of new menu options lately and all of them have been delicious. You get a ton of food for the price and it all tastes so good. Would definitely recommend.
