Very friendly service, Prices were reasonable. The menu selection is decent they have several options besides hot wings. I ordered some sort of cheese melt/ quesadilla looking wrap … which was pretty tasty. Very relaxed atmosphere, great place to go for a chill meal.

The food was amazing. Taste was on point only downfall was the beer battered cod was like I was eating a stick of crisco or butter it was so greasy it was leaving a coating in my mouth but it still taste delicious so definitely worth a second chance. My wife got a wrap and it was by far one of the best we’ve ever had

Now Halkers .. Took over 10 minutes and another customer to tell the waitress to stop by my table for service. After that, services wasn’t bad, but still slow. We could/would have drank a couple more if they paid attention .. They were not busy and had plenty of servers.

Don’t usually like going to taverns but this is the best tavern in putnam county! I highly recommend getting one of there sandwiches or my personal favorite the chicken bacon ranch sub.

Great little tavern and a smalltown. Plenty of different food options and I definitely recommend the Jena wrap. Taco Thursday is also fantastic! The soft tacos are huge!

Ordered a breaded tenderloin sandwich and got a fish sandwich. All the condiments were correct, just the wrong meat. Every week its another mistake with our group. This will be my last order.
