This is my favorite pizza place when we go to Vegas so when it opened in Wisconsin we had to try it. Vegas is a 9.3 pizza all day for me. The atmosphere is just like the other locations obviously and service was top notch. Weather plays a roll in top of the oven and coals inside and it was a very humid day in Milwaukee so taking that into consideration by asking to keep in a bit longer. Pizza came out and looked just like my favorite pizza but the middle was a little too floppy for me. Could have stayed in a min longer. Again, being humid that plays a roll. The taste was just like I remembered. Just a great pizza made right, but on this day I gave it a 8.5 still the best pizza in Wisconsin but will be back in the winter where they have a good draft and hopefully crispy all the way thru.

Our server/bartender Alec went above and beyond the call of duty! We ordered the 16″ Margherita Pizza. It came out in a timely manner and was amazing! Was a bit too cold inside for my liking, but there were available seats in the patio. 10/10 ⭐️

Pizza is very good for a chain restaurant. The pizza could be cooked a tad longer though. Crust was very floppy on multiple visits. Ambiance is nice. A very loud environment especially when crowded. I did find that a 9oz glass of Merlot for $20.00 to be quite absurd. All in all, good food. High prices. Good service.

If you enjoy brick oven, thin pizza, you will love Grimaldis. We’ve been here several times and am never disappointed. Today we stopped for lunch and devoured the Brooklyn Bridge pizza.. delicious. We did not have to wait since we went for lunch but always end up waiting for dinner. Worth the wait!

Pizza is more of an experience then pizza but that may be more my personal preference. The meatballs are delish and I would probably next time just get a whole plate of them. Bryan was a phenomenal waiter making sure we got what we need.(and maybe according to my stomach more then I need) big band music a plus. A bit cold for a bustling pizza place.

Some of the best pizza in town! The margherita pizza was delicious as well as the salads, beer was a bit warm tho. Service was very attentive but the place is kinda small. Definitely recommend giving it a try you won’t regret it.

Common Sense
I’m sorry, but if this is supposed to be an original Italian style pizza restaurant. I really don’t know what real Italian pizza is. I’ll just say one last thing. If it were not for the cardboard crust, I could have drank the pizza.

Went here upon a strong recommendation. Ordered margarita pizza via walk in carry out. Was told upon entering that it will take 45 minutes even though the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Told the hostess I’ll have a drink at the bar which was 3 feet from where she was stationed. Bartender was good. After 55 mins, went to the hostess to ask how much longer will my basic pizza will take. Hostess had my pizza in the warmer, didn’t bother coming to tell me and it was lukewarm at best. Dough was barely cooked in the middle of the pie. $22 for 12″ pizza that was not cooked completely and I was completely forgotten about in an almost empty restaurant is definitely my cue to never return. And I will not.

Customer service was really rude to my grandparents. She didn’t know the way to the store as she just recently started doing door dash and barely know a slight bit of english. From what she tells me they were very impolite to her when she asked stating “you should know you should know”. Yes she should but a little bit of help isn’t so much to ask for. In the end we got a very burnt pizza that was super hard to chew, one of the worst pizzas I had.
