The pizza was quite tasty and the service and environment were good. The price is extreme. $29 for a small pizza? I felt guilty after eating lunch as i could have cooked a gourmet meal at home for two. It was tasty, the sauce fresh with appropriate spice and the meat delicious. Sadly, I won’t be back. The appetizer was free for signing up to the app on the first visit. My meal would have been $39 with the app.

Finally made it to the new pizza place in town Grimaldi’s and was not disappointed. Very relaxed inviting atmosphere and the waitress just put it over the top she was amazing. Tried the 16 inch “Don” which we both liked and was big enough to take some home for later. You can also start with a basic pizza and make it your way with plenty of choices. We went during opening week for lunch. There was not too long of a wait. My boyfriend and I shared a salad and a 16in build your own pizza. Pizza was delicious! Atmosphere was nice and chill. It was just an expensive lunch. We will be back but it’ll be more on a night we want to splurge a bit.

Just ok. They’re very heavy on the sauce and light on the cheese. We got a margarita and the Don, not bad, but at 17 for a 12 inch they weren’t great. Personally I don’t like my basil cooked with the pizza it’s better fresh… several slices had no cheese at all. The sauce is good, zippy, the crust is very good. Antipasto was ok (the bread is super pedestrian and should be crustier for topping) wine list felt more over priced than most, but the tap beer offering is good. Personally I make a better pue at home, and I’ll bet my calzone is better too 😉 we opted not to take home the left overs not wanting to eat either again. I don’t think we will go back unless it is for a drink…or perhaps cheese cake.

This is by far the best pizza I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve eaten pizza in New York. You can’t go wrong with a classic pepperoni pizza. I could eat here everyday if I didn’t care about my diet. I grew up eating Grimaldis after church on sundays in San Antonio, Texas, so I was excited to say the least when I heard one was coming to Wichita. The Mediterranean salad is also one of my favorite salads. Light and clean. The crust of the pizza is blackened on the bottom, and gooey on the top. Sauce is light, but rich, and the cheese is a fresh mozzarella. Delicious crust. Best crust in the world. (P.S) if you get Jalepeños on your pizza, you will pay the price later on the toilet.
