It took 20 minutes after the Bartender to acknowledge me before she took my drink order, after another 15-20 minutes I received a fruity drink that wasn’t fruity! the menu & what they had wasn’t in agreement. So ended up with wings that was dry & not saucy, and Ranch dressing, although I ordered blue cheese. The karaoke was nice.

The food is DELICIOUS, and the servers are friendly and attentive. But, the wait for food is long, like 1 hour for wings and salad. I’ve been here twice, and both times, the wait for my food was over 45 minutes. If you can go when there’s no crowd you’ll have a great experience. Steer clear of weekends unless you’re not hungry.

I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN UNLESS IT IS ALL YOU CAN EAT BRUNCH. I try to be fair when it comes to reviews. My daughter had a birthday brunch May 2022 and the food was great, service was great, and it was all you can eat. So, of course we were going to come back. A few months ago we went to Thursday Happy Hour and the service was lack thereof and took forever to get cold food. Okay. I said lets try again. July 23, 2023 we went to Brunch and it was still the same. I understand being understaffed, however, we weren’t given menus upon being seated. We had to wait 13 minutes before even being acknowledge and given our menus by another server. We waited and waited than our server came to ask if we were ready. No ma’am. We just received our menus. Needless to say, it took over an hour for me to get my cocktail and my partner never received her drink. We just asked for our check for the one drink and left. When I asked for the check, the server stated your food is being prepped. How? There were two tables before us that hadn’t received food and just received their drinks. There was no apology at all. This isn’t a way to run a business. If you are short staff, state that upon arrival and hand menus so when the server does arrive you patrons can be ready to order. Unable to rate food for we didn’t get any.

I had an amazing time on Saturday at Grind and Wine. It was my first time but it will not be my last. Everything we ordered was delicious. The live music was superb. The environment was perfect. I felt blessed to be in the atmosphere. I can’t to wait to come back for breakfast with the kids and for another date night with hubby. I really want to encourage everyone to stop on by and have an amazing time.

My husband and I came to this restaurant for a night out. The service was HORRIBLE. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the table to greet us and an additional 15 minutes for drinks to be ordered. In addition to a couple coming in 45 minutes after us and had been served their food before us. I will not be returning. Grind and Wine you have to do better. ZERO STARS

I really like this place the atmosphere, but my last visit no so much to more than 45 min to bring out our food( 3 people) even though there may have been 3 other customers. Well needless to say, we were on lunch, so we had to pack and leave. I get my maple jersey wings home to more feathers than chicken, and the chicken wasn’t good at all. I won’t give up, but I will say be more diligent in your service and food prep.

We had the fish tonight and it was delicious! Seasoned to perfection. The collard greens, macaroni and cheese, and potato salad were just a good. Wait time was normal (made to order) and the staff was very friendly. Will be back soon!

I don’t ever write reviews, especially negative reviews but this establishment and it’s terrible service, or lack there of, has ticked me off. I will NEVER come to this place again. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour for 1 drink! It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were seated at the table. Cool atmosphere, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service! Still haven’t received our meal and at this point we’re paying for the ONE drink and leaving!
