Not good at all. They say they are a “Neighborhood shop with a no-nonsense vibe.” This place is actually complete nonsense. The Google menu is incorrect, and you can expect to pay about three times as much as what is listed there. What comes standard on a sandwich and what you have to add at an extra cost is made overly complicated by the owner and in store menu, and they do not list what the extras cost. Not only do they charge extra for every little thing, but then they don’t even put those extras on. I ordered bacon and provolone on mine, and when I opened it up at home it was missing. There is no reason in the world a 12 inch sandwich should come out to $27, even with a couple add ons.

Great simple sandwich shop. And the proprietor is passionate about his sandwiches! He says he imports his turkey from South Carolina and has a special recipe for mayo. Default is served on a hotdog bun, not sure if you can choose anything else- next time I will ask. Cute neighborhood too.

Had a bummer of a time here yesterday afternoon. The owner greeted me with “it’s been a long day.” I ordered a 9″ turkey sandwich with avocado, and he charged me $15.29. (Menu pricing is hard to decipher, but as far as I could tell, no 12″ sandwich w avocado was over $12, so this didn’t make sense.) When I asked him why he charged me $15, he explained to me that I had ordered a 9,” which was “basically a sandwich and a half, and a normal sandwich is $10.” I didn’t press him, I just hoped the ingredients would be great. Sadly, it was more or less a Subway-quality sandwich at double the price. I want to support small businesses (especially the food and restaurant business), but I don’t recommend this place given the over-priced, mediocre, surly service I just got.

I absolutely love this place! Be prepared to answer many questions in quick succession about what you want on your sandwich. It does means you get full customizability over every single aspect of your sandwich that you could possibly think of. After you are done with your interrogation, your sandwich recipe then gets saved in the computer under your name. The sandwiches that I have gotten there over the years are some of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. It’s just a shame that I never see any other costomers in there because the shop is a bit hidden and not many people know of it. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Great customizability and great subs.
